Holla! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my GF got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.
Very cool! I have a '92 k75s with 58K miles on it. I made a bunch of repair videos of the spline lube and throttle body boot replacement and timing chain etc.
Be careful about not running with the valve cover off because there is a spring under the valve cover which provides a ground for the Hall effect sensor in front under the timing chain cover and it can burn out if the spring is missing or the valve cover is off when run.
I didn't want to run it too long without proper lubrication. I had it in 5th gear to measure the valve clearances, and forgot to put it in neutral for starting. I'm going to try the coin trick tomorrow.
pity the video isnt longer. try to explain why this motor is so remarkably smooth. My present K75 is the RT, but when i had a K75S, i usd to enjoy balancing a coin on edge on the engine, starting up from cold, and showing friends how it needed 5000rpm before the coin fell over!
The oil just sort of squirts out a little. I'd estimate it squirts out at a rate of 2 ounces per minute. Most of the squirting comes from the timing chain area.

Nice motor design that gets oil to the head possibly quicker than the transverse inlines. But still, it was very scary !

I love BMW bikes, so smooth and they run on forever so long as you look after them. nice bike dude :)

K75 is smoother because the engine has a balancer shaft fitted, instead of the final cylinder of the K100.
4 Cylinder K-bikes buzz bad enough to shake loose bits off

It starts better now that I put new plugs in it.

If you are testing it, not a good idea to start up in gear!!
