  • We Taiwanese are sort of a picky bunch when it comes to food.

I moved to the U.S for over a decade, and the one thing that drives me crazy is the need for some Taiwanese and Taiwanese style food.

  • 可惜去台湾一次不容易,对大陆要求太严了,就想去玩玩都不行

  • DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE SAUCE FOR THE STEAK AND EGGS??!? T__T

I was at that exact place last month and had the exact same steak and eggs and now I'm back in Canada and the food just doesn't taste good anymore OH GOD I WANT THAT STEAK AND EGGS

  • Frog means those lemons, eggs are tapioca

  • 台湾の皆さん!白豚には餌をやらないで下さい!広島・長崎の恨みがありますから。

  • @rayd408 what is night food in America? a random cheeto you find by your face after being mugged and stabbed?

  • Oyster omelete was invented in Tainan, was considered a southern style snack dish.

  • @Sicilian49

According to Wikipedia, the oyster omelette was invented a while back on mainland China by people in southern Fujian and Chaozhou/Teochew. The Teochew were famous for their tendency back then to emigrate all over the world, especially to Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Thus, one can now find oyster omelettes in hawker stalls in Guangdong province, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and of course Taiwan.

  • @Sicilian49 Tainan is in Taiwan...
