It was originally a song on a Japanese Tv show, and then on Impossible Quiz (360 exclusive) BEFORE LBP.

A song is not owned by one franchise.

Look up "Requiem for a dream" on YT, and that song has been used in thousands of movies and games alike, and it's not owned by any of them.

I have an old 20gb Pro 360. I HAVE BOTH CONSOLES. Look at metacritic or vgchartz or any review site, you will notice the PS3 has more AAA exclusives. Quality > Quantity. Xbox is good for shooters, and that is about it. And even now PS3 will overthrow Xbox, with some major games like Killzone 3 coming soon AND the fact Valve is now favoring PS3 and Bungie is not exclusive anymore, so except less 360 exclusives.
