That's very handsome. The bump-outs add a lot of character. I especially like the skylight. Your note says it's self sustaining but I don't see a WC or shower. Is that what's in the niche to the left of the kitchen? The whole thing is too small to meet codes, but if the electrical & plumbing were up to snuff, it should be safe.
