  • @yasswah Thanks, Glad you enjoyed it. Check out my other vidoes and subscribe if you like them!

  • Hello, I live in Brazil and would like the ability to use their images in the recording of a video clip. Confirming the possibility will be given due credit to its creators. This work is not for profit and is part of a publicity campaign for a disk that will be freely distributed here in Salvador Bahia Brazil. I await your contact. Thank you!

  • Andy, I love this. I read you description, but have a couple other questions: did you shoot this through a car windshield? Was the camera mounted or were you hand-holding it?

  • @staylorrx Hi,

Yes it was shot through the car windshield.

Yes the camera was dash mounted. The photos would be very blurred if hand-held as exposure was 1 second so the light trails would not be straight, they would have wobbles!

  • it's fucking awesome !

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice work.

  • I likey

  • this should only be watched sober, might want to put a warning up...

  • Could you do The light trails with a video camera ?

  • @SkateHunterGl2 NO, video is 25-30 frames per second fixed exposure time.

  • how did you do this ?

  • @SkateHunterGl2 As per my very detailed description.

  • Awesomely cool, going to check out more of your work now.

  • @bigyankee86 Cheers.

  • Hey! Nice reg plate @ 1:58! lol

  • @comedyhunter No Worries!

Who did the music to it anywayz? it's pretty cool too!

  • @acidgecko72 Music as per credits and video description.

  • Interesting technique. When I first saw it, I thought you'd used a video camera in time lapse using a long shutter. Nice idea and great execution.

  • @BoulderOSteens thanks, yes just a very cheap point and shoot camera.

  • Great light fireworks ,o)

  • I have found the perfect song for this beautiful footage you've created. Go to AZ-Rotator's website and listen to Silka. Turn the volume of your vid down and listen to that song. I like the mood there! Most importantly, you've created a beautiful piece here! I really like it! Keep up the good work! It's fantastic!

  • @arcticablue Yes I see what you mean, Silka does fit well with my footage.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed my video, check out my other timelapse videos.

  • Great job on making everything looks so surreal and amazing, ComedyHunter!

  • @Itzpower Thanks, Yes long exposure has completely changed what you see here.

    Andy

  • looks like an advert for Wipeout or something lol

  • lol this is awsome to whatch when stoned! i suggest everyone trys it lol Nice one!

  • how did u make the lights look long like that

  • As per my description.

Long exposure time at night combined with movement means that points of light get turned into lines of colour.

  • This is simply amazing, nice work Andy.

  • Cheers, all done with a modified £34 camera

  • Great video, with a kicking soundtrack. Many thanks.

  • Cheers.

  • this is awesome !! were u overlappin two / three videos over each other or somthing?

  • yes, 3-4 tracks of the same clip in Sony Vegas pro 9 then stagger the start point then set Compositing modes for each track.

  • Shades of the 60's, Man.

    Peace.

  • Really good Andy ~ I'm even going to give it a plug on my blog ...

  • Thanks. I've yet to try it on a large screen to see whats its like.

  • I felt like I was on drug trip! I recognise places like old greyhound staidum off friargate, Westfields and (I think) A52 road. Awesome video!

  • Cheers, I've just added the driving route.
