Actually, Halloween is a variation of the old "All Hallows Eve" which is the night before "All Hallows Day" where people honored saints. There is nothing evil about Halloween today or in its origins. All Hallows Eve was practiced long before Martin Luther was ever born.

i was born on Oct 31st as well and i find a great meaning in that cuz i am a reformed christian...when people tell me i was born on halloween i also add to that the reformation...

So American River College is now promoting EVIL by its anti-Christian discrimination, which is very un-American as well. The Dean of Student Discipline, Bruce Patt, should be ashamed on behalf of the college for persecuting Christian students just because the club lost an advisor and is made inactive.
