lol ok, there's this product that is Coconut "Butter" (the flesh of the coconut blended, not just the coconut oil) plus cacao powder (which is ground cacao beans) plus agave. It's like a dessert spread. Trust me, I'd never eat just cacao butter...lol
watch out for cacao. It is still a stimulant. Slowly ween off. It is not great for you .Coconut butter is bad too. Read Dr. Graham's 80/10/10 or look him up on youtube. I did this too and I was an addict of that stuff. Raw fat is bad too(even if it is not cooked) sorry, but I am just the messenger. You are doing great so far! Good luck!Know all the facts!!
Thanks for all the great advice and encouragement! Here I am almost a year later, still trying to figure things out of course. I completely agree with you though, I'm learning more about fats, I've read 80/10/10 now. I also don't consume chocolate products anymore. They make my heart pound out of my chest! Thanks again :D
Wow, that's a lot of sugar. Please search underground wellness AND juice in youtube and listen to what this guru has to say about what juice really is. It's pretty eye-opening. Also, have you tried green smoothies? If you search that in youtube there is a lot of cool things to learn about this type of smoothie as well. Keep eating raw girl! :)
Thanks ash this is really helping me get back on raw... I used to be raw and felt great, have been eating **** for the past 2 years, feel like **** but now I'm inspired to go raw again and maybe document my vibrant progress on You Tube.
Ahh I have to go to work right now but I have to say real quick...YES! I have so much more energy. And heal time is real short. Unless I'm in a detox...But man, even when I skip workouts, my body keeps transforming in all the perfect ways...I'm soooo greatful!! Anyway, maybe I'll post something about it...good question. talk soon...gotta go :)
hi there, i don't know how or why i didn't respond sooner, but yes! eating raw definitely effects my work outs. my recovery time is shorter and i end up having more energy and stamina :)

I looove green smoothies. I agree, at the time of this video (looking back a year ago) I was consuming FAR too much sugar to make it through!!

I did a 6day liquid fast, and now im eating raw. Im on my 4th day, and its going great:)
