I can tell just by how the set looks, and the fact that David and Maria still seem relatively close that this is probably from 1987.

@HordeFTL I don't know, but my guess is 1984-1986. This appears to be one of Martin Robinson's early Telly performances, when Robinson imitated the voice that Brian Meehl used.

@HordeFTL I don't think we americans use it much, but Telly is the name of the monster who appears at the beginning. He was originally obsessed with television, hench the name Telly Monster, but his personality was quickly changed, yet the name remained.
