What kind of resistance band are you using and where did you buy it?

I received the workout DVD's today but I can't seem to find the workout band kit that it suggest.

I use the GoFit Ultimate Pro Gym. I bought it at Dicks Sporting Goods. I think you can get some at pretty much any sporting goods store.
