I feel sorry for the people in China. People around the world with warm hearts, let sending help to those. Let's do something to help China. I was thinking what China and its people had done to help others when there is a disaster in other parts of the world. Yes, China is great country with billion people, great #3 economic in the world, great #3 powerful country in the world, Had China done much to help others in disaster when they needed help ???

That is the exact reason why it is a problem,because it occured in central and southern China,where people may not encounter snow in their whole life.
snow is not really the major problem. the problem is in parts of southern china, continuous icy rain destroyed the power supply and thus no train could move.

We certainly have a Weather Channel.
However,the most problem is the snowsorms have damaged the power facilities and the communication facilities and caused traffic jam.
