To you who asked if you can do yoga if you cant sit like that. I recommend a rather simple chair or a stool not to have too much things in the way to be able to move around you arms and rotate the body. Any exercise that you cant do due to pain or other things, you can always to them MENTALLY, imagine in your mind that you do them. That is also helpful. I have a disabling handicap and kundalini gives me a lot, I do my exercises on a chair.
