  • can you use after you apply it???

  • Attention all morons: Don't use the device for at least one day to help prevent orange peel effect.

  • first rule TURN OFF YOUR DEVICE

  • It takes the beautiful screen and makes it look like a fucking orange.

    In the way it's textured.

    It's awful!!!

  • get a microfiber cloth to clean the screen, this helps remove all the grease

  • hmm, you didn't really do that too well! much better to spray your fingers to avoid prints and then both sides of the shield..

  • I got the invisible shield and the solution cam in a cruddy little tray not a spray bottle. Whats up with that?

  • You forgot to spray the top of the shield to get the bubbles out.

  • you didnt put enough solution on it......in other words, it looks crappy

  • this protector looks fucked up

your better of with the one you have to peel both sides

    thumbs up!

  • I paid Best Buy $7 to put the invisible shield on my Ipod touch. Expensive to buy, and even more expensive to have someone else put it on, but if you have butterfingers, if you're a klutz, or you just don't want to deal with the hassle of a do it yourself job, then pay geek squad to do it for you...

  • Does it also protect against Glare and fingerprint?

  • Hey you totally forgot to do the back side!

Either that or you tried it and it didn't work. Cuz when I tried putting on the back side it was pretty much impossible.

  • i just bought my invisibleSHIELD from bestbuy, its drying atm, the cool thing about getting it from bestbuy is they can put it on for 6 dollars, takes them less that 5 mins and they do it perfectly... so if u got 6 extra dollars go get it at bestbuy.

  • Is it advertised or did you just ask them to apply it?

  • I'm an OCD freak with these things. My parents are divorced and my moms a waitress so oh shit I want to take care of the ipod I got for Christmas. Too bad though, it never left the towel, never really was handled by me, and never put down anywhere but on the towel and the nickel-plate back is already scratched up! Before I got one of these :(.

  • does it really need a screen protector though

  • if you want to protect it from damage yes

  • Yes it does. Forget scratches, if you *DROP* an iPod or iPhone the invisible shield will *greatly* reduce the chance of it breaking or cracking.

  • It's most likely not the same thing. The materials that they use on the invisibleShiled are not just traditional plastic. Trust me, I've used all types of screen protectors and this is by far the best one.

  • this is normal

  • This stuff is easy to put on

  • Woah, that invisibleshield is quite impressive....

  • it took me 2 FUCKING HOURS TO PUT THE FRONT ON FOR U 5 FUCKING MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!11

  • haha u most be a retard

  • u must...u cant even spell MUST right you dumbass

  • You can't spell "you" right.

    :\

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • u culd have the people at best buy do it, they do it rly fast

  • should i spray it a lot or just a little bit

  • alot

  • there was no apstore on the 1gen

  • Hey I had one but a wanted the glossy look of my screen back so I took it off and threw it away lmao what a waiste of money but u

I hAve used this for like 5 months and didn't want it anymore :) I think appl should make a pen to use on the screen so we people with the larger thumbs can use this iPod too.

  • $24.95 are you crazy

you can get a great screen shield for

    4-6 bucks on ebay

  • Yea, but these guys make stuff for the U.S. Armies helicopter blades!

Besides, its pretty cheap ^^ Or, at least I think so

  • Why would you protect sapphire, already scratch proof, original screen of ipod touch?

  • hate to tell you but the screen is glass he should have got a fullbody cover becuase the back is what scratches

  • but it comes with a back, or at least new ones do.

  • is the touchscreen still working 100% after putting the shield on?

  • i just put mine on today. Works great but it was a little hard to make the corners stick as they bend up a little. It is supposedly very durable however.

  • yes it is

  • are these sheilds worth it and are they only accessible online or at stores? thanks

  • they are worth it and you can get them at bestbuy

  • why do you have to spray the stuff?

    what happens if you dont?

  • Comment removed

  • if u dun spray it then there will be air bubbles everywhere

  • @xpv yes it does

  • ooooo..

    thanks

  • does the black pice of blastic come with it?

  • dude you forgot to spray your fingers before you grabbed the shield

  • watched your video then applied mine and it looks great thanks dude

  • JAYBOSS4444

get a ruler to squish the bubbles and slide them out as you put it on

  • i have a ton of tiny air bubbles how can i get them out?

  • The air bubbles will work themselves out within a few days. :)

  • NOOB

  • what applestore there arent any where ilive

  • duz puttting this on affect the touch sensitivity?

  • worst shield ever

  • cause u cant afford it?

  • youe suppose to put the solution on the other side to dumbass

  • the only reason is so it makes the squeegee slide easier, dumbass

  • God I wish it was cheaper. Come on 25 dollars for plastic film

  • thats what u pay for QUALITY lol

  • still the markup is like 1000%

  • buy bestskinsever!

its basically the same product without the fancy packaging and solution and its only about $10 out the door!

  • he did it wrong first wash hands, spray fingers with solution, TURN OFF DEVICE, spray adhesive side and non adhesive side, put on squeegee out bubbles, WIPE AS U GO!

  • Follow the instructions from InvisibleShield, not how he applied it in the video. You are supposed to spray your fingertips first, to prevent getting any fingerprint impressions on the adhesive side of the invisible shield. Also, after it's a applied and before using the squeegee, you are supposed to spray the exposed side, so that squeegeeing is easier and there's a less likely chance of it wrinkling as you drag the squeegee across it.

  • is the touch screen still as responsive?

  • yes very responsive.

  • i told my friend that there was a invisible shield o ipod touch 2g that is what he has and he tryed to scratch it and he ruined he hates me know lol

  • well i believe ur supposed to spray the actual plastic once it is on to hel the sqwegee

  • u actually are supposed 2 spray the stuff on the screen as well- i have it on my LG Voyager and if u go to the sight it tells u to- but all so, i getting an ipod touch in a couple months, does it affect the sensitivity at all? because the voyagers touch screen works from pressure sensitivity, so it works well, but the iphone/ipod touch is like the heat or something from fingers, idk- BTW there are supposed to be miniscule bubbles, but they go away after a week or so

  • how does the touch screen work when theirs a condom in the way?

  • lol its thin so it has the same sensitivity

  • i got a qustion. the spray you get with it. if u put to much on and it get into the ipod, will it break it?

  • no it won't, i have it for my LG Voyager and it absolutely kicks ass, i have dropped my phone SOOOOOOOOO many times and it doesn't havea scratch on it

  • this seems pointless since the ipod touch screen is basically scratch proof. as for the back...

  • mine has a scratch on the screen idiot

  • well then ur ipod fails.

  • the screen is made of glass, and guess what scratches glass... sand. Don't spread lies about something you obviously know nothing about

  • when the heck r u going to put sand on your ipod. i didnt say it was completely scratch proof i just said it almost scratch proof

  • lol the retards that come on youtube mite be in the sand pit xD

  • get the full screen and back protector for 25 dollars and free shipping and you are supposed to have the device off

  • idk a screen protector for 25 bucks?

  • you can buy it at amzon for 17

  • u should spray the non sticky side of the protector too so the squeegie slides better

  • I use the same invisibleshield and it works great for the front. I like how you said you were going to do the back side and be right back. But you didnt show us how to do the back side, because the back side of the invisibleshield sucks. I had to cut some of the corners to try to get the most protection I could on the back cause the corners wouldnt stick to the ipod

  • 99.9% surface

  • does the squegee work good?

    and

will the solution mes up the screen?

  • yes the squeegee works good, and no it doesn't mess up the screen, because u squeegee it out.

  • the squeegie gets all the solution off and if theres any solution left in there it dries in a few hours

  • does the solotion or what ever its called make it look brand new?

  • what the hell? when mine came in the front cover didnt reach across the whole screen... but its stiill awesome!!!

  • great video but you are suppose to turn it off at the beginning.

  • yeah and thats how you get those rainbow lines

  • rainbow lines?

  • GAH! i hate being a neat freak... my iPod 2g has minor scratches on the back and i want it to be as clear as possible but even with the shield its gonna suck prolly but i already ordered it and its on its way heh...

  • i know!!! i hate that! ugh! lol =]. but now i have an invisible shield on so sall good..but u can still see the scratches if you look REALLY hard. =,(. o well..thats the life of electronics.

  • arent you suppose to turn it off and then leave it off for like 12 hours?

  • respond please

  • dosnt it break it becuase if one drop of water gets on it,it will break the ipodt touch

  • Who ever told you that is handi cap

  • where can i buy this shield? can i buy it at an apple store?

  • to clean the ipod spray some windex on a cleaning cloth and then wipe it down!

  • does it come with the ipod touch 2g or do you have to buy it and if you do how much? and where do you buy it?

  • No, it doesn't come with the iPod 2G. When you get the iPod, it comes with the apple dock connecter, headphones, a cleaning cloth, a dock for speakers (speakers not included) and instructions. You can buy the invisible shield online, over the phone, at an InvisibleSHIELD kiosk, or just at any store where they're sold (I got mine at the MAC store). Just the front is 14.95 and full coverage is 24.95. In my opinion, the price is worth it.

  • lol yea "invisibo shiod"

  • lawl ^^

  • use icleanits to clean it!!

    they are FAB!

  • BestSkinsEver is basically the same material... they just dont advertise it like InvisibleShield does. But the full BSE skin costs $8+shipping =)

  • umm can u buy this in stores not online

  • yeah, at bestbuy

  • aii thx

  • your supposed to do it with the ipod off

  • I know lightweights. geez

  • how xesive r u wen ur getin the bubles out

  • nevermind

  • how much is it?

  • £15.95 from Amazon depends if you want a full cover or just front. £15.95 is full cover

  • is the little cover that cvers the button on the front necessary?

  • this shit reflects way too much.

  • literally 99.999% lol

  • why r u talking like that???? is it on purpose or natural????

  • i heard that the shield has a wierd texture, is this true?

  • yes but it helps with the multi touch and grip

  • yes

  • can you take it off and what happens when it gets dirty

  • it doesn't get dirty;

  • how much does the invisible spray cost

  • it comes with the invisible shield;;

  • fuck should bought one

  • dont you have anything better to do?

  • ok go jump off a cliff than .. no ones stoping you

  • dude lay off

if u had a speech impediment you wouldn't want anyone making fun of you huh?

  • hey i have a question also...if u decide to take it off would it be difficult and would it make the screen sticky cuz of the solution that is sprayed on it?

  • what did you use to put the bubbles out?

  • quige

  • hey i need some help, does invisible shield make the screen a little more sticky than just the screen? like do you feel any resistance when rubbing ur finger across it? thanks :)

  • i JUST got mine in the mail and put it on and gave up. its so frustrating. its too big on the front side and then the bottom overlaps the top one and it bubbles and the sides wont stay on. Im just going to wait a few hours and see if they'll stick. And if they dont i might end up ripping the shields off and burning them

  • learn to use a squeegee lol...

  • i need to get one

  • does it give sticky residue

  • ARe they having these for the ipod touch 2g?

  • yeah it ships out sept. 22 2008. im getting one order'd.

  • ya its like 15 for front side and 25 for both

    Hella expensive

  • i have this screen protector and it works great

  • can you buy in a shop

  • Question.. Why use it if the front never gets scratched? I had mine for a year, 0 scratches.

  • u never know.

  • finger prints or something

  • bodyguardz or invisible shield? why

invisble shield seems like its stronger. but it is more noticeable. and it has a orange peel.

    thanks

  • hey i bought a case recently for my ipod, and it came with one of these shields, i obviously did not read the instructions correctly lol but i applied the shield and the bubbles are like permanent on my screen...will this product you are using right now remove these bubbles and all the dirt if i use it correctly? please reply!

  • after 5 minutes of using my ipod touch, i notice some lint and dust were collecting in the small crack between the screen and the rubber sides, anyone how to get it out?

  • okay...

  • this thing sux. I followed the directions and its all smudgy and bubbly, and its a little big. ur better off saving 15$ and just using the one already on the ipod

  • it is not the products fault it is how the owner of this product applies it on

  • then u didn,'t follow the ins.

  • the bubbles disappear with the solution, that is the function of it

  • cant you just get the ones with the 2 stickers... its much easier to put on...no need of water

  • WOW the sliced off side of the square squeegie is supposed to be used to get out the bubbles. Not all of the flat sides.

  • how much? does it affect the sensitivity of the ipod?

  • none. i have it on my iPhone & it doesn't affect it the touch sensitivity in any way.

  • man i dont know where to get this in stores in maryland:( im only 14 so i cant use credit cards..ughh

  • give your parents the money & let them buy it for you.

  • yeah but they dont trsu the internet(ugh azn parents)

  • show them the countless testimonials on the website

  • what is the solution spray stuff? is it the same as like that spray that u get with the glasses?

  • does that effect the durability and sensitivity of the touch screen cuz i know i'm polly gonna get this on my lg vu.. so i need some advice

  • does it cover the back

  • u dont need it the screen is scratch proof

  • No it's not.. trust me I have an iPod touch and there are scratches on the screen...

  • Ima try 2 get ASAP

  • nice

  • Do a google search for this thing and you can get cheaper prices from websites I got mine for 13 bucks

  • Is it easy to apply and how are you able to do it without getting loads of dust underneath ?

  • Hey, I was just wondering..you had this shield for about 8 months now...i think becuase you video was uploaded on Oct.

i was just curious..how is the shield so far..any troubles?? please tell..becuase im thinkin of gettin one

  • does anyone know where i can buy one that also protects the back??
