  • I dont have playdough skills. Now what...

  • At 4:50, Italian Potstickers ;D However, that does sound delish.

  • "If you don't have a pasta roller..."

    6:37 - 7:10 (33 seconds) Roll the dough into a snake.

    7:12 - 7:20 (8 seconds) Make the blank

    7:40 - 8:26 (46 seconds) Rolling out the blank into a round

    9:16 - 9:46 (30 seconds) Filling and folding

    =1:24 for each tortellini

Repeat 12 more times for each snake, and for 3 more snakes

= 1 hour 15 minutes of doing nothing but rolling pasta.

I think I'd rather use the pasta roller

  • will miss GE education

  • Simply El Maestro...Oustanding the least to say.

  • What an excellent video tutorial!

  • Easily the best cooking show running, or maybe even of all time.

  • Did they really put a camera under boiling water? lol

  • lol AB at his own words at 3:30 x3

  • "The best multitasker of all time." He says that about the pizza cutter on this show, but he says it about the grapefruit spoon in a few other episodes.

  • @accoraldivad25 I have noticed that too. That and the fact that he uses many uni-taskers. Like the roller, a pastry brush could be used for anything similar to the egg wash, but that roller could only really be used for that one task. The principle is sound, but he doesn't always follow his rule. Still the best cooking show ever. I'm just a nit-picker I guess. LOL

  • @ninjaswordtothehead That's exactly what I was thinking about that uni-roller! What else could you do with that? Frost a cake? Brush a pan with it? Awkward, that. But what really caught my attention was that video insert from an earlier show in which he had stated NEVER to add oil to boiling water for pasta. I had objected to that myself since that is what I always do and never had any problem with the pasta when I did.

  • I made my first homemade pasta today and it was great. I can't wait to try those tortellini

  • What is so wrong with tomato sauce??

  • @realar overpowering

  • @boobtuber06 Bah, tomato sauce and spaghetti go hand and hand.

  • Haha ^^

His salsa episode made me laugh too but it doesn't mean it's bad, it's just different.

It is diffucult to embrace new things when one love the old and tried ones so much; but one should always at least try it, you never know what you might find.

  • @Azsesarabandiel Thumbs up for this my friend.

  • Home-made ravioli looks unbeatable, in both taste and prep time : /

  • i'm in love with this man

  • Me too! =3

  • Mmm...tortellini. I need to try making those sometime.

  • why is he?

  • You missed 3:30 I guess. Must've turned off in disgust.

  • There's also the episode "Myth Smashers", which gives a better reason why he did what he did.

  • I feel bad that I was eating Chef Boyardee from the microwave while I was watching this.

  • hahaha, i did the exact same thing too.

  • hey, nothing wrong with prepackaged, processed, chemical laden foodstuffs every once in a while. sometimes i'm in the mood for something homemade, sometimes i just want a can of beefaroni.

  • lol thats hilarious

  • @NvPGulstab masturbatory mastication

  • @NvPGulstab and you should be.

  • me and my dad ues 2 see that all that time

  • Okay, that last bit looked REALLY good, I'm going to have to try that.

  • My family used to make Man-dus on holidays! it really isn't hard at all.
