  • That was sooo funny to watch. Especially since you messed around the most with the last one and it was the best.

  • Epic :) laughed the entire time

  • How wrecked was your voice after this

  • Makes me laugh i love it boooo to the haters

  • HAHAHA i always watch this video. Still cracks me up when I watch it. This should go on the barbershop harmony website.

  • Insane job. don't worry about what other's say. Anyways, even better job in circle of life, ;p

  • This is just way to way too silly... XD

  • Ok that was just completely enjoyable for me hehe. I know that you guys were just having fun with this one and the subtitles did make me laugh. But wow Danny, you are gonna pass out!!! BTW I disagree... I think you have every chance at a solo career and I remain a huge fan :)

  • hehe i really like it :D

  • Heh heh... you are wild and crazy guys!

  • No offense meant to this, but I do not like the sound of this tenor. There's nothing barbershop about it. It's all to in the throat. Bring it up into the mask a little bit and give it a little edge and you'll sound awesome.

  • we're not being serious here.. this isn't how I sing tenor

  • @daniscool99 That's the best part of a competition or show - hanging out afterwards with hundreds of barbershoppers, singing tags until the wee hours, or even later. Learning new tags and singing different parts... so much fun! I remember once staying up all night singing and when I went back to the hotel room it was time to pack up and get ready for the flight home. I need to listen to my barbershop cds and tapes now and sing along at the top of my voice. How I miss singing with my chorus!

  • really? you should look up some of his work and she if you still agree

  • @ZMarquart89 If you can read, it says at least two or three times, that he's singing in CHEST voice.

  • on the second one, brodies post was a little strong.

  • Oh gosh...I just love the ending

    Lovely "acting" boys!

and why, may I ask is Andrew all up on that pole? haha

  • always gooed you four, great! I love you guys, i started listening when i founded danny. I have all your songs on my mobile and now i'm listening to you four!! great worl every time!!!!

  • Damn sir...you have a solid C in your chest voice.

    Impressive.

  • This is what I would expect to hear from a live recording. You can hear all the ambient noise in the room, the normal clicks and pops. It has normal sounding live male voices with the expected intonation issues associated with youth. Hmmmmm

  • What's your point? We did the scarborough fair video in a stairwell in the middle of the afternoon when everyone was in classes. So there was no noise elsewhere. The mic's pickup was not on "high" as the ipod mic would describe and helped reduce the volume of the ambient noise. Why would we fake an amateur recording? I hate you.

  • i hate you hahahaha lol

  • I am a little confused about who sings which voice. The "I" in the annotation "*I* thought it would be fun to sing the tenor line in chest voice" refers to Danny, doesn't it? But when Brodie took over Danny's part in the last version, he said "I want to sing the bari", right?

Well no matter which part he sings, Brodie is always the best, I think. But you are all great!

  • Yeah Brodie has a really strong voice. He is the only one in our group who I think is probably capable of doing some kind of solo career, which I think he may pursue. Definitely a right choice for the lead!

  • It looks like you had a good time :)! And I can imagine your voices where ruined for a few days after that.

I wish I knew people to do such stuff with. Multitracking is nice, but ridiculous things like this are probably the most fun.

  • You guys give me goose bumps when you harmonize. Truly incredible voices!!!

  • Love the last rendition... and go Danny with the screamers - they weren't ALL failures : D

  • Very funny :D I was having a bad day and stumbled across this vid and I feel alot better now haha thanks. This makes me wanna get back into barbershop!

  • I love this kind of game although I'm a bass :-)

    NICE!

  • Haha I like that random, thin Ab at 0:35, making the chord a seventh. I do that way too often when I watch the end of tags on Youtube.

  • Wow... I had to watch this 3 times before I got all of the laugh out of my system... That was amazingly hilarious, but also incredibly impressive... Good job to all of you.

  • This is class

  • Good job guys - what time was this all done, and where? I didn't see anyone running up to see who was singing, so must have been remote? Keep up the good work, and also, the one that was crazy high, haha, funny stuff. ;)

  • you guy's can't sing very high..

  • neither can you

  • this heroine needle in my arm here begs to differ

  • Take it up another! Haha.
