@alondite8 Neither. In general, the supply count in build orders means simply when the supply meter at the top right of your screen has reached that number.

Example (Not counting the initial SCV's for simplicity) :

If you make 1 hellion (takes up 2 supply), and 1 marine (1 sup) you have taken up 3 supply even though you just have 2 units.

(28) Factory would therefore mean that you build a Factory when the combined supply count of all your units have reached 28.

It's that simple. :)

this is a tricky build.. for anyone NOT TLO here's a couple tips.. first off getting second refinery at 20 food is silly.. go 12-racks, 12-refinery, SCV, 13-refinery...... 20-factory.. main goal here is to have a trust fund in gas.. **and do not forget your orbital as soon as racks is finished!!.. if you find this fails, say your opponent goes for normal (no fast expo) build.. regroup youre units at your base and either early expo and defend and/or go banshees and harass/contain. so many options

I am a noob and i play these 50 games on noob maps. Tried to make 1 thor, 2 medivacs and 8 marines. The drow the thor and the marines into the opponents base and finish him. Sorked pretty well because he was a douche and attacked me whit 3 reapers and did nothing against my attack^^

wow I love TLO's game play philosophy. Constant attacking! I would like to see him move out with 2 SVC's anytime that he brings 1. Reason for that being they can heal each other. I play with the same philosophy as TLO with constant attacking and action. Remember constant attacking also gives you scouting info. Even if the exchange is even in resources it is very worth it.
