  • and there go your wall Nuts! LOL

  • I can do that without sunglasses and a bandana.

  • We always put them in our palm and smashed them with the other hand flat (palm to palm). Sometimes you get shell fragments stuck in you though...

  • hey there, i was wondering, are u guys choy lay fut? i couldve sworn you guys were hong gar!

  • Awesome that is.

  • You guys should kepp doing this videos! I love it, and i just subscribe!

  • Wow! That's hot! I'm very impressed

  • fuck you sifueddie u prick this guys one of the best kung fu masters ive ever seen

  • Excellent forearm and wrist strength. Would squeezing one of those rubber grips every day in your hands help with this type of strength?

  • last time i saw someone do this was Jackie Chan in Drunken Master

  • i tried this and found small glittery pieces in amongst the shell, turns out they were diamonds, looks like i was squeezing too hard

  • a few ways i have been training and that is to stab the sand then small screws in a container or hitting the sandbag with fingers 500 times a day for each hand which im doing currently ..

  • amazing :)

  • That's skill.

  • the only way i can do it is if i have 2 in my hand, but i am only 12

  • your grip strength is good are there any schools in london uk?

  • For your grip do you use grippers like Captains of Crush?

  • Could you please give me some pointers as far as how to train your thumb strenght in this way? Also, the training for the watermelon video? I've seen the videos on sledge hamer training, butt dont think that would give this type of finger tip/thumb strength. Thanks!

  • yeah, well it's like Bruce Lee said, " There's no challenge in breaking a walnut. Walnuts don't hit back." Of course, if they did, that would suck. lol

  • bruce lee never said that. is was in one of his stupid movies. yes inanimate objects do hit back. if you don't believe it,stack up some blocks or a coconut and hit it,hard. then see what hits back.

  • your video advises not to try it at home. how do you train properly without injury? how long does it take doing the finger excercises with pushups etc to get that strength?

  • please, tell that guy to take the Bruce Lee shirt off thats not good. and he cant break a walnut with two hands. lol I want you to try breaking a coconut in you hand, with a knife strike. put that on there i will be putting it on there after the first of the year. sifu Eddie

  • Uh, tell him yourself sifueddie. I'm glad you enjoy watching our videos. As for coconuts, been there done that. They are not that difficult at all. If you want to put some videos of yourself on youtube, that's terrific. Happy Holidays to you.

  • @sifueddie so you can't show your admiration for bruce lee unless you are essentially just as strong? YEAH! 3 yr old comment attack bitch!

  • @sifueddie easy, a 10year old can crack open a coconut in 1 blow on a flat cement slab

  • can i use this on people

  • I am doing eagle claw grip exercise. Will it take years break nut with my hand

  • It all depends on your current strength, the type of exercises you are doing and how diligent you are. Eating a good amount of protein is important as well.

  • ouch! my nuts.... thanks for the upload ^ ^

  • No problem! Gald you liked it.

  • Yet another reason to always protect your nuts! (Sifu, remind me not to shake your hand in the future.) Amazing!

  • Aww, you are being too kind. It's really not as hard as it looks.

  • Thanks for the compliment...I need to get it stronger though...

  • that's some seriously grip strength

  • They were funny..but would have made the video way too long.

  • See you soon too, Cass.

  • ouch..Sifu just looking at that demo hurts and I can't wait to learn it..

  • Thanks Michael. I'll send u some of the exercises in a couple of days. I'll get back to you on the other stuff as well shortly.

  • Finger poking watermelons, crushing defenseless walnuts...what's next Mike?

    Knife hand striking pineapples?

    Crane's beak on a coconut?

    Lama's fist on a yam ?

The society for the prevention of cruelty to produce, code named SPUD, is on to you ...;)

  • Tell them to bring it! I'm going to break a coconut next....and Pineapples...those are for babies and old people. It's beneath me. Yams on the other hand....
