THE SISTERS ARE TO CAREER DRIVEN TO MAKE A BROTHER MELT WITH A VOICE AND WORDS LIKE THIS, AND LET'S NOT FOR GET THE SEXINESS OF THE NATURAL HAIR STYLE , COME BACK MY CHOCOLATE BEAUTIES TO US
This album along with the debut albums of Jean Carn, Phyllis Hyman, and Angela Bofill were the Jazz Diva albums of the 70's. Thanks for posting a great memory.
I know you r old school and this was 1 of the favorites. I feel you cause I'm wearing my afro or the natural hair God gave me and feelin it. Much Luv 2 U
@dettarawls Nice but this is not what she was referring to, guess you would have had to live then as I dad and no the lingo,,, lol but i feel you if you want to strut your beautiful afro,,, I ain't mad at you. Lol back in the day some men would spend more on their hair products than they would time on their relationship. I remember these days in the 70's, Afro Sheen, and after all the crap they dish out, why do we still keep them around, lol this song was real!
Simply speechless!
