@tmywu In comparison to Spines it's significantly easier than Spine, tactically it's harder, but execution wise there's not really a lot you can fail on the fight. Nothing changes from pull to pull on the fight, it's always the same. The composition wasn't really that important, having strong raid cooldowns was the first thing we realised was important. Due to the Spellweave mechanic not really working properly, or favouring some classes it favours those alot.
@tmywu I can't go into specifics about which classes it favours since I'm not 100% sure. I know Spellweave procced alot for our Boomkin and was proccing alot from Mind Sear for our Shadow Priest, in comparison to mine (Warlocks) procs that as Demo only procced from two things, Rain of Fire and Shadowflame. The fight is all about taking advantage of Spellweave and it procs infinitely more for some classes than others. I don't know the specifics though.
@AngeredGuild So if I saw correctly, it is either the aspect that is taking the second Impale per platform, or you lined up different adds to take the impale? E.g Trents, Doomguard, maybe hunter pet, etc?
@TheCalard If you check the raid frames you can see our Shadow Priest getting the debuff for impale. The Mutated Corruption will attack the aspect if noone is in melee range and you have 15 seconds before it kills the aspect. It will however still Impale the closest person if noone is in melee range when it comes off cooldown. So we have our Shadow Priest standing outside of melee range so the aspect tanks the Mutated Corruption but close enough so he can soak Impale with Dispersion.

@biznesswtf Only Dream and a Word of Glory shield. 50% damage reduction from Dream is enough to keep me alive with my 315k hp pool on that platform.

After that first impale and just before the second one, how did you dodge it? Did you make the aspect Tank it or something? Or did I miss something?

@TheCalard Watch it again closely ;) The impale will hit the closest target after everyone has removed themself from melee range.
