That's because the woman here wrote t.A.T.u.'s first two singles AND made their image, she used to date t.A.T.u's producer. When they broke up, he kept the songs and the image she created for their joint band project, t.A.T.u.

t.A.T.u.'s image was made from when she was having work done at the dentist, they gased her, she had a dream about kissing another woman, and woke up to say in Russian: "I have lost my mind!", which is where the idea for their image and songs came from.

Interviews from Lena Keper herself, she's said all this herself and Ivan has said half of it is true - though he claims the fact he 'stole' it from her is untrue, as he didn't want to lose the songs.
