this is not the solution to global warming. You better shut down those factory farms instead of acting like this could help the world. The meat industry is the biggest global warming cause, even a bigger cause than all cars on the entire world together.
@tjkillduff We did not have INDUSTRIAL scale factory farming 200 years ago. And the earth's temperature is rising at an exponential rate, rising faster as time goes on like a snowball effect.
@trz541 How does that have anything to do with the amount of methane each pig creates? If I have a thousand hogs in a building and a thousand hogs running around outside I still have a thousand hogs. It's like saying what weighs more? A pound of feathers or a pound of steel?
@excelsiorfarms People do cause global warming. You could blame livestock and pets, yes. But only because the PRODUCTION by humans of their food/feed/toys/care products ect ect...leave a huge carbon footprint. Can't blame the animals.
