The only reason why he beat Croc wasn't because he just got mad, but it was because Luffy found out his weakness.

I know both of 'em and I'm a big fan however Luffy's, yes that's the character's name, current power if ever he goes full-on might actually be able to match up with Goku even if he had to lower a bit. If the manga for this is really successful, the series will come to life even though that in Japan, they have a few shorts for One Piece X Dragon Ball Kai. Dragon Ball Hoshi is not even a series. It is a fake fan series everyone is claiming to be a new series that is really a Japanese card game. (Dragon Ball Heroes) Do not be fooled by this just like you YouTubers did by Dragon Ball AF. DBAF & DBH are both fake fan series.
