Its a bit rubbish. It looks like The Family Channel couldn't be bothered with a new title sequence and just slightly edited the TVS one by writing "family" and sticking a Mr Chips Family in the opening catchphrases.
We need to see more of Roy Walker's family catchphrase, or some celebrity catchphrase.

The catchphrase theme sounds like it is has been re-recorded as it sounds a slighty different to one that was used from 1986-1992/
