  • This move is legit! Ive played with people who have used this against me and have always wondered how they got so much separation. Great vid.

  • @doojpooj Great point. Although it may be a legitimate move, on a youth level it is likely to be called a travel. Because of this, the time it would take to develop this move would be wasted. Once a player gets to college, then, chances are the officiating will be better and the move can be used effectively. None the less, this can be a great way to teach footwork and advanced skill development. Thanks for your reply.

  • i used this move today after school and guess what happened... it was called a travel. What BS.

  • It might be a good idea to ask a high school level basketball official about this one. At around 1:09, it looks like you take 3 steps. The majority of officials will call this a travel. Nice move, by any means.

  • Sadly, 9 out of every 10 refs in High School and College will call this a travel.
