I don't know where the idea ever came from that the singer is the band. But people who film bands, whether its a pro gig or a home movie thing, seem to be interested only in the singer. I want to see the other band members. Especially in classic rock - the musicians contribute as much or more to the auditory interest of songs. Wake me up when the camera is broken and accidentally points in Perry or Whitford's direction! ... zzzzz
I still love this song not matter how poorly this video was editted and Steven is out of key. He always adds something special to the song no matter what. This song makes me melancholy or I like hearing it when I am as it's therapeuitc to my soul.
this has always been my fav aerosmith song i read somewhere it's stevens fav song by them too but I've only herd it live twice and i've seen them about 8 or 9 times i wish they played this and you see me cryin live more
@namey420 I've seen them 8 or 10 times myself. My first concert was the Toys in the Attic tour. The time I'll always remember hearing Seasons of Wither live was 1979 at the Fabulous Forum in Englewood, CA. The best Train Kept a Rollin I saw them play was the Toys in the Attic tour, Joey played a killer drum solo.
Permanent Vacation tour in Denver at McNichols arena was a good show.
Just Push Play at the MGM Grand Garden Arena smoked so good I saw it agaiin in Dallas!
JUST SO MISS THE DAY OF SEEING AERO LIVE - SAW THEM TWICE IN THE DAY! I AM NOT GOING TO WITHER - this song gives me inspiration and a hope that it's not all lost - I LOVE YOU AEROSMITH!
@dino8192 Well there are different ways of playing harmonics on a guitar. If you place your finger very slightly (don't press down like you would normally, to make a note) on a string so that the string doesn't touch anything but your finger, it effects the sound frequency of the string and makes a high pitched almost flutey sound. You can also do pinch harmonics, which is when you lightly pinch the string where you pick it, rather than where you press the note down. But thats hard!
I hope that makes sense... Haha - sorry I'm not very technical, I just remember my brothers friends trying to teach me pinch harmonics years ago! Its tough! I don't think I can post a link on here, but if you google 'string harmonic' and go to the guitarlessonworld link that one seems to be most clear. :D
Just a great band. That song remeinds me of when I was like 16. They were my first concert ever. Nassau Coloseum I think in 1977. When I came out I was almost deaf. What a show. Will never forget that night.

Manager Dude: C'mon, let's get onstage.
Steven Tyler: *mumbles* I'll take a leak, that's what I'll do.
ROFL
XDD Steven looks so young. And he's still adorably hot too. ^^
