I know hes not lieing i had similer experince its werid and i got arested for it now im a fellon dude just be happy its a ticket and not something more surius even if your wrongly acused.
after seeing both videos - definitely - get a lawyer! if you received 6 points on your license, you will also get a bill from NYS for $300. (not for 4 points) and, your insurance might go up. sucks!
