I'm pretty sure this is Jimi's flat in Brook Street (london). This is now an office for Handel Museum believe it or not. The image is a bit blurry but the girl next to jimi is most likely kathy etchingham, his girlfriend at the time when he was living in this flat. I read somewhere that Kathy really took care of Jimi and was a very positive influence on him. Maybe they should have stayed together who knows....
