Lets see at the end of the day when Bush captured terrorists he tortured them until he was sure every bit of information had been extracted and prevented any more attacks. When Obama has had the average citizen capture a terrorist in the act of commiting terrorism he read them their rights and put them in a comfy federal prison and just waited till the next act of terrorism to occure.
