If you follow his videos he says it all the time. Especially when doing comparisons between mac products against something else.

When he compares typing on an iPhone vs say the palm pre, he specifically says "I use an iphone as my primary phone so I'm more use to it" if he's reviewing Windows 7 he says "I'm a mac guy. I love apple, but this is what I thought about... blah blah blah"

It depends what you're looking for. I have one of the older nano's, but I'm getting an iPod touch. And personally that's what I would suggest as well. Though it's pricer it does more. As far as I can tell it's an iPhone without the phone. So you can go online, you can download apps, etc, etc.

That appeals to me because I don't have a laptop and I'm away from my computer a lot. But honestly it depends on your price range and what you want. Look at some videos for both.

I bought a macbook. The plastic one, i have the last generation. I had to send it in in August for a cracked case (along the vent). They said they're actually called "Portables" not laptops. 3 weeks after i got it back, I noticed the same cracking. They told me they're supposed to be used on tables or desks. My old Dell, 300 less, didn't ever have these problems. I still love macs though :p

The Macbook is not spec for spec with the low end Macboom Pro. It comes with a 250GB HDD and the Pro only comes with a 160GB at the low end price point. So only get the Pro if you hate white as it's €150 more and you get less. I don't understand how Apple have it in the Pro line as it used to me simply called a Macbooks as it's specs are the same as the Macbook. Does it's aluminium look make it for pro? Damn marketing.

I wanted to get a few words in about Apple's refurbished products, though... :) Honestly, the refurbished products can be the best route. They're significantly cheaper and have been 100% tested. I've bought 2 iMacs, 1 MB and 1 MBP brand new and had to send in BOTH portables (they both got replaced immediately). I've bought 2 MBs refurbished and have never had any issues.
