I put a lemon wedge in my water to help me drink it down but what do you think about lemon juice from concentrate? i often use that in my water as well.

yuri im kinda confused about working out to gain STRENGTH or to gain muscle size.I saw in some articles that if you do low reps with heavy weights you gain strength and lot of reps you build size.can you please make a video about this matter showing us about reps ,rest and weights?thank you
To the "too much mercury in fish" comment...only use fish oil where the fish used are caught in fresh water NOT farm raised where additives such as mercury are administered to the fish.
Big confusion here: You're saying that with your body weight (which is more or less like mine) you should drink about 2 and a half liters. I personally drink 4 and a half as a minimum. I'm doing sports regularily and sweat a lot, but even on my rest days I drink as much. I'm feeling much better now than ever before. Please respond, whether via comments or a video!
