It's actually called a Mexican stretch buster and you would be able to do it if you have enough strength to lift your opponent into a suplex and jump while carrying there wait( hope your ass doesn't hurt a lot after you use it).
there are 2 Kinnikuman series, the first one was the Original 80's Kinnikuman which Starred Kid Muscle's(Mantaro) dad King Muscle(Suguru Kinnikuman)
the one your seeing now is the sequel to the original 80's Kinnikuman called Kinnikuman Nisei (which was dubbed into English by 4kids called Ultimate Muscle)

Yes, it was Kinnikuman Nisei. This is the American dub of it. I watched this year ago.
