  • Al's a fat slob..

  • The guy playing the Paul McCartney lookalike in this episode, Mitch Weissman, had actually been playing McCartney, since 1977, in the original version of Beatlemania.

  • The best episode - despite the 80s rock in the 1960s

  • Oh my god did I really like this cheesy crap all those years ago.

  • @jakevanfan I'd take this over The Exes or whatever other kind of crap that's on these days. In a heartbeat.

  • Yes 1980's rock in the early 1960's You took the words out of my mouth. The song sounds like a Hall & Oates Tune.

  • You know, that Al, played Murray the cop on the The Odd Couple.

  • Sure did and Penny Marshall played Oscar's secretary too.

  • @WWAHP

    I remember that too.

  • @elvis3700

I am aware of that. I remember seeing him on the reruns.

  • rude awakening moment!

2:56 - for the while now, i thought that the guy that said "1...2...3...4" here WAS BILL MAHER! i thought this, because i heard that same lazy tone in his show's intro "REAL...time!", and assumed, "well, that must be the keyboard guy from the 'Joanie Loves Chachi' band saying that!"

    IMAGINE MY CHAGRIN!

  • That is NOT how I remember Joanie making her entrance. I swear she was chanting "paul paul paul paul paul paul paul..."

  • 1.) I remember when this originally aired, when I was a child. John Lennon's murder was still fresh in our minds. 2.) I met a guy in a chat room who knew too much about this episode! 3.) I remember when this first aired originally, I was a little kid. I even remember the commercial!!!

  • 1980's rock in the early 1960's interesting.
