ok, to change the tme on any tower clock, there is a smaller clock face on the movement and whoever has to change the time of the clock adjust's the hands on the movement. Does this help with your question?

Although only tentative as of right now, I do plan on taking a trip to the UK before I die. This is quite nice in the meantime.

To see Big Ben in person, set my eyes upon Buckingham Palace, and many other things would be quite grand. Though, I wouldn't so much as even SPEAKING to the guards. I know a lot of Americans do that in Britain. Out of respect, I wouldn't try to distract them from their duty for Queen and Country.

I walk past this everyday and when that dong goes off and your half asleep going to work its not very pleasent!

It is pretty spectacular aroud the Embankment Westminster area... I'd say the close up view of the millenium bridge, tower bridge, the eyes and big ben (and houses of parliment) is perhaps the greatest view I've ever seen especially at night when its all lit up. I never get sick of seeing it.
