According to Fletcher in an interview Jim betray them telling that he won't go to the south america tour because he had some familiar issues, and babysite his children, the band told him that they pay a babysitter and they can't relax in south america and when their come home took a longer vacation to rest, but he tell them "no" instead, and then he said he's leaving the band and a week later formed a new band and plan a 33-dates tour with them, wtih or without jim, pennywise rules, C'MON ZOLLY!

ok, the new pennywise is gonna suck with the new singer, his voice just doesn't sound good for this kinna music. and the black pacific (jims new band) just sounds like they are trying to be either boring metal, pop punk, or a less talented pennywise. please, for the love of god. get back together.

I saw them live with Rise Against in 08. I have been to a lot of big flashy gigs, but just gettin fucked up in the pit for pennywise was the best time I've ever had.
