all that happened was that he was pregnant when he was eating the pizza and when he stood up his pregnant belly got bigger. Your need a cheat to get men preggers.

no, you need to go to strangetown, have your sim gain a lot of logic skill points and have him look into a telescope at night.

if your lucky then they will get abducted by aliens and he will get pregnant and have an alien kid.

Yeah or you can just type in the cheat box "boolProp testingcheatsenabled true" then click on the man while holding shift, then spawn then tombstone of L & D, then click on get pregnant with and chose someone for the guy to get preggers with then he'll be pregnant.

I dont have to feed my sims, I just use the cheat and there always happy and never need anything! To do this get ur cheat bar up, type in boolProp testingcheatsenabled true and then click on the post boxy thing whilst pressing shift at the same time, then click on make all happy!

when their hunger bar is full, just keep them eating and their weight/health bar will start to drop. there are 3 stages: fit, normal and fat fit and normal look the same basically.
