  • when I pit my nail polish in the bowl of water it just drops down to the bottom.

  • 14 ppl are jealous cuz they cant do marbling

  • theres 13 dislikes NOT 6 !!!!

  • i love this it is awsome:)

  • How do you apply the tape?

  • using vaseline or lip balm aroung the nail instead of tape is a little easier

  • i wish you would show us by taping yourself do it...

  • Holy poop that just blew my mind o.O

  • those are so cute

  • can u dip all nails at once

  • SOOOO COOL!!!!! thank you for this because i always hate doing my nails but this makes it easy and much cooler!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @myhamsterpeesalot ok that was me before i tried it this sucks my nails are a disaster the things dried in about two seconds i didnt even have time to open another bottle before it was ruined!!!! i was soooo excited..... now they look horrible i tried to wash it off but it dried too fast and wont come off with nail polish remover thanks alot!!! >:(((

  • @myhamsterpeesalot Use room-temperature distilled/filtered water. If the water is tap water or is too warm or cold, the polish won't spread right. Don't use metallic nail polish, nail polish that is too thick, glitter nail polish, polish that is too old, or fast-dry polish. Don't drop the polish from too high of a height. If the polish just globs and doesn't spread in the whole bulls-eye then start over. It won't work if one blob is in the middle. It takes practice to find what brands work.

  • @Eviastt Tap water works fine for me.

  • @TutPedia It may work for you but for most people it won't, it's best to stick with distilled or filtered water when you're starting out just to be safe. :)

  • @Eviastt Okie. thanks :)

  • @lisafrankfashion hay. No need to get all bitchy. K? Its a question. And it wasnt meant fpr you to answer. Kay?!

  • Does it matter what nail polish u use?

  • @DawsonChick90210 some Brands of Polish Dont spred well or work well together is what i have learned, :) ♥

  • totally reminds me of the 80's!

  • Does this work?

  • WE HAVE THE SAME NAILS ^^

  • Could you do this for your toe nails?

  • @tkdblackbelt97 It will be hard to dip your toe nails into a bottle off water.. but you can try ..

  • nail at 2:11 looks like space. sooooo cool!

  • i ♥ that

  • if u like what ur seeinggo to poolside neon rainbow (#2) water marble on youtube

  • what polish do you use??

  • you forgot to say to put tape around your finger but NOT around your nail so the nail polish doesn't get on you skin so it will be easier and quicker to clean any mistakes with a q tip and nail polish... you can use duct tape ( not recommended) or scotch tape ( highly recommended ) and it will work then when you talk it out of the water just let it dri and then gently peel the tape from your skin

  • I wish I could get my toes in the jar! :D

  • i used those clear nails after acrylic stuff left em clear at tip looked like stained glass!!!!

  • i used those clear nails after acrylic stuff left em clear at tip looked like stained glass

  • I'm afraid to do it :( hahah

  • super cute luuuuuuv the marble luk:) butt i dnt reeleeee git how u put the paint in the water and so on 1:07

  • @leegameplayz You just take your nail brush with polish on it and put it over the cup/bowl until it drips onto the water.

  • @leegameplayz you take out the brush wait for a drip to come off from two or more colours then move a toothpick in there to make the marble pattern and dip ur finger in :)

  • wow I've just tried it and my nails look amazing!! thanks!!

  • It's kinda cool

  • thats some dope stuff!!! impressive.

  • This video was actually the most helpful of all! Thanks!

  • i did it

it was cool.... i liked it

  • What brand do you recommend that will make it spread faster and not dry so fast?

  • What brand of color polish do you use? Mine all dry before I even have time to put the toothpick in the water to make a design.

  • All of my colors dry as soon as they go into the water. There is no time to put a design in them with the toothpick. What brand of colored polish do you use?

  • nice but how do yu get room tempature water =-D

  • LOVeee ittt !!! gonna try it out !!

  • They fxcking look AMAZING.

    wow. best part?

    each nail looks diffrent :p

  • alsi- does the nail polish HAVE to be O.P.I? like, the ones that you put in the water. cant i just get the cheap Rite Aid nail polish?

  • alsi- does the nail polish HAVE to be O.P.I?

  • what should "room temperature" be? my house can get either freezing cold or burning hot...

  • Do you know exactly a degree of the temperature of the water?

  • I love this but it's definitely going to take a lot of practice because I just did it and my nails are a mess haha. Very cool though.

  • I Love it. -3

  • the hardest part is getting the water just right. i've done marbling a few times and some were way better than others. when you do actually get it right it's worth all the frustration.

  • They look nice that's kinda the colors I'm usin to make mines

  • It was kida cool, those marks the bubbles made :)

  • Those 6 People Who Pushed Dislike Accedently Did It Because There Nails Were Wet :D

  • Holy Shit! That is the coolest thing I've ever seen!

  • @DevilsSwag ikr

  • @ButterflyDragon97 No, dont say that. That is not stupid at all...

Anyway, room temperature is actually the temperature at your home.

Whether it's hot or cold... Get a tap water and place it in a wide bowl.. then, let it sit for few minutes.. You'll do fine with just doing that :)

  • You do a great job! :o

  • holy shit this looks awesome

  • YOU ARE A GENIUS :D

  • love this one! theyre all amazing but this one is DEF my fave...i redid the Pink, black, white, and glitter marbled ones and they turned out great! i left out the glitter but it still looked okay(: its a very neat design and surprisingly easy!

  • This is sooo cool I have to try it sometime

  • maneiro

  • SINCE THE PAINT DRYS FAST DO I NEED TO MAKE A NEW PAINT BOWL EACH TIME?

  • omg. i have all those colors. trying this tomorrow night.

  • GET OUUUTTTTT!!! This is so cool!!!

  • das hab ich selber auch schon probiert, das geht mit allen farben!

  • do you use regular nail polish.?.

  • really nice marbeling nails, good

  • That's so cute!

  • is there a reason why my colours turn out super sheer? and my nailpolish dries out sooooo fast in the water and it's room temperature =(

  • Do you have to continue putting more drops of polish in the water each time or do you just use the polish you used on your first nail for all your nails?

  • i really freaking enjoy this...bahaha!! i wish i could do it right though!

i always mess it up :(

  • I have been into DIY nail art [real nails not the fake acrylic stuff] for about 15 years and am always interested in new ideas and new designs. I can't believe I've never seen this before. Gonna try it when I'm at home cos it looks amazing!!

    Thanks! xx

  • im confused what did you mean by the toothpick part?

  • I'm not sure I like water marbling... I didn't get it to look right until my last nail...

  • Beautiful

  • OMG!! nice nails

  • what kind of water temperature would you recommend ?

  • WOW! amazing colours girl!

  • omg i never thoght of that i have mabled befor but never on may nails i cant wait to try this!!!!!!

  • I did it and LOVE it!! came out cute the first try. thank you!

  • i just dont understand, when i drop the polish into the water it doesnt spread and then it congeals into this horrible mess and even if it does work when i take my finger out the water it has just a huge thick blob of polish which feel disguting and is impossible to scrub off :( I dont know where im going wrong please help!!

  • I tried it, and it didn't turn out so well. I guess it needs some practice.

  • so cool

  • i think thats the coolest thing i've ever seen... so i tried it, and i even used a thermometer to make sure the water was 71 degrees F, but then it dried to fast. lol

  • wow.....

  • I LOVE IT!

  • What Tempreture should the water be ....

  • cooooooool

  • How do you get the drops out so quickly? and also i tried but my water is never room temp.! Help??? Thanks i am so gonna sub!!!

  • i did this last night and i love the result, some of them look a bit bad like a big splash of colours but i think theyre nice, i found it hard to move the colours around but with practice itll be nice

  • i had the same problem like mystic2985..my colours didn't spread just left a dot...what is the perfect temperature..???i can't really understand and i want this very much!!it's so pretty!!!!

  • @catspid room temperature

  • I don't like nail designs but this is cool!

  • can you do a tutorial?

  • awesome 3

  • How do you tape the finger exactly?

  • wow that is very creative thanx for the tutorial :)

  • this nail design is amazing.,,but i have a question.you sad i have to clean up the surface of the water before i remove my finger.,.but i don´t understand what you mean.,while my fingers is in the water did i have to remove the nail polish out of this water or.,..i hope you can help me and understand my question and my englisch is not so bad

  • The marble effect looks pretty! But how do you clean the bowl afterwards and hopefully you don't drain the nail polish down the drain.

  • I tried it and I did soooo good!!! Thanks for this!!!

  • thats awesome!

  • nice!

  • Those are beautiful!

  • those are beautiful!! totally trying this!

  • That is awesome!!

  • Marbling is really easy. It doesn't work well with all my polishes, but it works well when I use OPI and Nicole by OPI. It didn't work well with sparkliy polishes for me.

  • when i added my colors, it didn't spread...just left a dot. could that be the temperature of the water or the brand of nail polish? I used NYC and Nicole

  • @mystic2985 Its more than likely the temperature of the water. The temperature has to be perfect!

  • @luxuriousnails what temperture do it need then?

  • @Judithsyt the temp doesnt really matter. Ive tried it with cold n warm water n theres no difference. It does however work best if u use filtered water or bottled water u buy.

  • @mystic2985 NYC and nicole don't work for water marbeling try sally hansen, color club, or china glaze. (:

  • @mystic2985 Room temperature varies, you see.

  • so u have to do it 10 times to do all ur nails and cant u just put like 5 finger on the bowl at the same time?

  • @tomboyblue111 You can put all fingers in at the same time, but the design comes out better if you do one at a time : )

  • @luxuriousnails Why?

  • u can use a plastic disposable cup as well thats what i use then after it gets dirty u can throw it away

  • that's cool------i'm gonna try this!

  • Yeah i tryed this too and it takes a while 4 the Nail polish to drop in the water.. :( i love this look

  • That was amazing but when i tried it like made the tape stop sticking and the tape got pollish under it and now my fingers are all colorfulQQQQQQQQQQQQQ

  • wow!! Your water marbling idea is sooo cool!!! I cant wait to try it. Thanks for sharing your great ideas with us. Keep it up. I love your videos.

  • so how long do yu leave your fingers in? and do you just leave ur nail in or do you like dip ur whole finger in? please write back i really want to try this designnnn :)

  • i just tried it 2 minutes ago...yeah it dires SOOOOOOOOoooooo quick...my 2nd attempt works perfect....wow!!! i luv this....FAST!!!!!!!!

  • One of the prettiest colour combinations i think, cant wait to give this a try! Great job babe! :)

  • Couldn't you dip 2 nails at a time to help speed up the process?

  • Can you do this on your nails as well if you put on a clear base coat first?

  • They are well nice.. Funky and glamorous ! xx

  • it doens't work with me. what kinda water or something do you use and witch nailpolish?

  • ive tried this many times and it doesnt work! does it matter what brand of polishes you use?!

  • my sister tried this and it came out terribly wrong

  • i did this last night. it is amazing. ive been spreadin the word about water marbling. i will post a link of the results. i didnt use tape but it was ok. messy without tape but it worked! love it. everyone loves them

  • this does not work well!! my fingers are a huge wreak now!

  • @dischangam It just takes a lot of practice. Keep trying and you will get the hang of it : ) It took me a while too.

  • @luxuriousnails ya but it keeps on having chunky things on my finger

  • I have never seen anything like this before- this is incredible!

  • thats the coolest thing! I want to go try it right now!

  • Holy cow! I thought you had to be a super master genius to do marbling! Looks easy! But I don't know, I'll have to try it.

  • i love you so much for the tape method it worked so much better than the oil methods. thanks.(:

  • yours turned out soo pretty!! mine failed :(

  • i applied sparkle polish on top and it look pretty. :) I love this video. Thanks for sharing

  • this is beautiful! imma go try it now :)

  • awesime!!

  • cool! but i tried it and totally wrecked my nails and my bowl! :(

  • THESE ARE THE COOLEST NAILS IVE EVER SEEN! i will definately try this right now! I LOVE YOU. :D

  • I love the colours you have used in your water marbling videos. I have not seen it done on natural nails like this before, only on tips and I always wondered about cleanup on natural nails. The tape is a great idea. I assume you tape all the way around your finger? Have you ever tried anything else other than tape, like perhaps using vaseline or something like that? Also, do you just do one nail at a time or have you tried doing two at once?

    thanks

  • @pamheil I do tape all around my finger. I actually tape all the way down to my hand, lol! As for trying anything else, a lot of people like to use vaseline or oils, but I found that it makes the water cloudy. Therefore, its hard for the polish to stay on the surface. Tape is the best way I have found so far. I do just do one nail at a time because its much easier. You can do all your nails at once, but the nail polish might clump up and not come out as smooth : ) Hope this helps : )

  • @luxuriousnails Thanks, that helps a lot actually. I hadn't thought of vaseline clouding the water. I will try the tape metheod and let you know how it goes.

  • came out BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!ecept it ruined my bowl.....

  • @croital LOL! I know!!! I have went through so many bowls, lol!!! : ) I'm glad it came out beautiful!

  • how should the temp of the water be? for some reason i have a feeling cold water probably wouldn't be a good idea...

  • @NickiAnn17 It is very important that the water is room temperature. I usually keep some bottles of watcher in my closet for water marbling. That way, they are room temperature : )

  • i want to try this,, but reading the comments i bet im gonna mess up as well..

can you please do a video on how to do this,, it will be really helpful and much more easier that way, :)

    thanks<3

  • this vid IS about how to do it

  • came out beautiful on my nails!

  • Comment removed

  • okay ive tried this like five times but i CANT do it!!!

i love how it looks and i want to so bad, next time you do a marble video can you please do a video instead of pictures? that would be extremely helpful

  • uhhhh i would really like to try this but could u post a vid where u actually talk and explain how to do it?
