Okay, I found an extension to this cheat:

Do most of the breakdancing cheat, up to step 7. Get someone to ram you up the circly ramp to the main level. Hydra works best. You may or may not start breakdancing. If you don't, then you can move around the city like normal, except in slanty form. No cars, no jumping. If you do, then it's much harder to move. Get someone to ram you into the river at the top. You will reach a purple area under the river that you can't get out of. It's quite fun =)
