This is a spam bot/virus which "looks" like Symantec. I've seen this on a PC which had no Symantec software at all installed on it.

The Symantec boxes are fake...nothing but manipulated screenshots.

And I'm saying that mac users are less secure, but since most of the market share is in windows machines, that virus developers don't want to create viruses for an operating system that's only used by less than 5% of the world.
