  • Husqvarna, italian? i dont think so...

  • @connor666ilett sure is the sweeds got bought out

  • @connor666ilett bought by Italians from sweeds, so yh u are kind of late.... lol

  • hey,

Just wondering what would you think of the TE250 does it go alright?, any problems? should I get this or a yamaha wr250f

  • hey whut up !! im a motor sport entusiast and im to karting , sports car racing an off road an all stuff like that .. and i want to improve in to enduro ! and i want to know if i get this husvarna te 250 it will be fine for me in terms off power an handing ?? an not be changing it in couple months for a 450 ??

    thanx!

  • hi adam, i'm looking for the 2nd instalment of your long term test, found pt. 3 with charlie constanzo, but no pt 2... am i blind? :-)

  • i bought a tc250 from glenn kearney... love it! just hard to crank

  • did the bike have the db killer on?

  • This bike is 8000$ in Canada, and the Suzuki RMX450 is 8000$ to. I will take the entire winter ti think about it because both bikes are good. I'm a little bit confused.

  • I own the 2009 Te 450. Always breaks down, 1. Water pump leak,2 oil leak, 3 Fuel pump stop working and needs to be replaced. Always stalls. To top it off I only have had this bike 3 months with 1200 miles on it now. I should have gotten a KTM.

  • Glen kearney and all the pro riders add thousands of $ to the bikes they race, not one of them race true all stock bikes, some of the bike have more put into them, some less. Glen kearney last rode the 2010 Husky TCX 250. He also rode a lot of other brands and put after market parts on them as well. I own the 2009 TE 450 and it's a lot of power to much in the tight stuff. However in the mud and dirt it's great pull like a tracker. O I'm only 5'9" 190 lbs the 250 would have been plenty for me.

  • Why were you spraying the bike down with WD40?

  • @rah93012 i do that it helps get rid of water after washing it for starters and makes the bike shine it also get rids of dirt and grease thats left behind from washing u may have missed u should try it makes the bike look great

  • is that the MX or trail husky bike. has he just taken off the light and etc???

  • thanks for the write up ! ive been waiting for age3s and ages for someone to do a proper test on these as the dealers are clueless and no one has one on the trails due mostly i would think, the dealers wont buy one in to test or even let the customer touch/feel try it on for size etc.. useless !!

so keep up posted and keep up the good work, you're reviews are great ! just what the punter wants !

  • Watching you from the other side of the earth! You guys are awesome! Currently riding street bike but I set my mind to go off-road. Little TE is on the top of my list. Looking forward to the rest of the TE videos!! Go Adam! Happy riding..

  • What are you going to do about the suspension? I was thinking of getting one of these but went against it because my local mechanic said it was rubbish and glen kearney spent 10000 of his own money to get his husky working right

  • @finchy0601

10g sounds about right to set up any standard bike for a factory spec rider. Given GK is his own team boss, I'll guess he'll spend what he likes. New KYB's are great, my only concern is the rear shock and making work consistently over long periods. updates to follow.

  • @finchy0601 You realize he races a 250 with 450's in the GNCC right? Race teams blow through that money all the time, you should read the Dirt Rider story on the Factory Connection Honda team, hoooooly shit they spend a lot of money, top end rebuild every hour, full rebuild ever 15 hours, chassis are thrown away after 100 hours, each rider has a practice and race bike that each have 3 motors, one in the bike, one being rebuilt, and the other waiting

  • Great stuff! I look forward to the next installment.

  • Hi Adam! I test rode a TC and TE250 after watching your test video of the full range. I went out on a test day with the local dealer who is running Husky's for his motocross team and also found the TE250 a little quirky off idle. All it took was a quick adjustment with the laptop(not sure what he did) and it was sorted. Even though I decided on the TC250 for racing, I loved the TE! One of the best 250f's that I have riden. I know you will enjoy it!

  • Thanks dfa,

Yeah, the lap top tune is all it takes apparently (along with the Mikuni ibeat tool) so I'll get onto it. Glenn Kearney just sent me the same specs he's running on his TXC250, which may work for me as well. He also gave me insight into a few other team mods, which i'll incorporate for part 2. Cheers.

  • @ARiemann1 Watching your vid convinced me to take the plunge and buy a 2010 250TE and so far I've not be disappointed. I've not experienced the quirky flat spot off idle as the dealer had already sorted it by plugging it in to his laptop - brilliant!! I was suprised by the little Husky's pull - not metal like me CRF 450 and ideal for a untalented tyre kicker like me. Suspension seems fine though I've not had it dialled in for me yet (all stock settings). I'm absolutely loving it!
