In your blog you say front support is easier than back support. I was actually able to do back support both supinated and pronated before being able to do front support. After practicing over the weeks, I can now front support for more than 5 seconds.
individual experience vary, this is not an exact science. I suspect your success/failure has more to do with proper coordination and understanding of the body tension than strength. Keep practicing.
in principle, could it be done on one of paralell bars/dip bars - with strict attention to avoid getting the centre of gravity back over the bar? though i fear it's a bit of a hypothetical question, it seems ridicilously hard, well beyond my current ability :)
As I have mentioned in the blog post itself, it is another training tool useful for front lever/victorian type of work. Incorporate it into your schedule and experiment.
I love the things you do with floreios- its fantastic. also your studio looks amazing, i'm very envious.

Brother,
This has become a daily exercise for me and I love it. I like to call it "wall sticking". Keep sharing, and have fun in Thailand! :)

This have been asked before, I believe the answer is NO.
You cannot duplicate the groove of this move with a normal bar. It is just not the same thing.

I had the strong gut feeling that this would be the answer :).

I think this is great Ido, would you say it works well as a progression exercise for the front lever?
