That minivan had an aftermarket alarm, which it would prob. have a shock sensor, and subs will move that fucker, trust me, i had to bolt mine down with 2 Fosgate shallows(12's) and a JL 1000/1

ive set off a car's alarm from 10 ft on volume 4 or 5 but that was because it was a way too sensitive aftermarket setup, ive also set of regular car alarms and thats much harder. If people think they can set off alarms the true test would be a factory bmw/mercedes or equivalent alarm.

Also, why the hell would you set your LPF to 50Hz... its all about the how sensetive is the sensor on your alarm....you can set yours with a screwdriver......it can be that a feather coming down real slow and set it off,,or you can almost break the window and nothing happens
