  • When i watch ur advice bro, i see some of ur points touching me though i was a muslim all my life. Keep it up bro u do have a good jobb.

  • Thank you so much. I think this is good advice. I was wondering what 4 schools of thoughts you were referring to when you suggested picking one and sticking to it? Thank you very much.

  • You can pick apart the good and the bad parts of any religion to cater to your personal arguments. Give it up. You don't need a book to confirm something is right or wrong. If you are a decent human being, your heart deciphers the difference.

    Take care. Pray for me.

  • You seem like a decent person but what do you person think of you being muslim? and the people in ur area?

  • Does God accept my prayer if I pray badly...Bad posture, bad pronunciation...I'm trying, but it kind of makes me sad.

  • @DominicanoOR

Hi Salam Alaykum yes God (Allah) accept ur prayer, not matter about pronunciation...you can learn slowly.. meanwhile..u can keep asking allah to make it easy 4 u. you dont have to be sad at this stage

  • islam is the truth

  • islam claims that the koran is without a single mistake. Really? Explain this one to non muslims if you can?

sura 6/92: “Those who believe in the hereafter believe in this (book) (the koran)”. WRONG WRONG WRONG. There are many who believe in a next life, but do not believe in the koran for ex. Jews, Christians, Hindus, but also many others.

Read about the history of the koran and you discover how corrupted and edited it really is. This is all muslim history that proves it.

  • @mysticgatekeeper 1400 years ago Quran was not in the form of a book and that is true until the end of the time, Quran was memorized by Muslim.People who memorized the whole Quran we called them "Hafeez". They are millions of Hafeez around the world right now. Hafeez memorized them letter by letter, word by word, verses by verses. It look hard to memorize them all if you think but that is the miracle of Quran. If you call out this millions of Hafeez and ask them to recite, non will contradict.

  • As-salamu alaykum Löysin sattumalta sun videot. Annat hyviä ohjeita jatka samaa malliin. Jazak Allah khair.

  • Ive been developing an interest in studying islam for awhile now. Reading and listening to the quran and hadiths to the point of considering pursuing it. At the same time it seems im a world away from what it takes to become a muslim, Lacking and feeling overwelmed of the requirements. Everyone i commune with ( friends, work, family members) would probably disown me. Some are dogmactically anti islamic. I know no muslims and pursuing islam is turning me against everyone ive ever known.

  • Indeed. One cannot be truly Muslim without praying =) May God reward you

  • This brother tells the truth. Salat is the most important!

  • I'm going to go buy a Quran,I need to read it for myself as I have the bible and pray on it.I find Islam confusing at this point. It's alien to me and it's actions seem violent but in all fairness it's always bad people who stand out while decent people don't get noticed.God IS real. That much I know for sure.I would hate to think every non-American blames me personally for my governments foriegn policies when I have nothing to do with them so I should give the same understanding to others.

  • Thank you so much for this video! I was brought up in a muslim family and _I_ found it very useful! mashallah, Peace and blessings ^^

  • Comment removed

  • Why does he have to go all "desert".

  • Nice video, thank you for making this! (By the way, you should look into Shia Islam!)

  • May allah reward you.

I have some points you mentioned I want to talk about.

The 5 prayers, Mohammed peace been upon him and Sahabah when Alaah said "pray five times a day" They directly do what Alaah said. Thay don't say no I will pray two prayers then 3 then etc. Please my brother don't talk about things you don't know or not sure about. We must stop talking about things we don't know about.

    your brother Abdullah.

  • @abu2ibraheem It seems like you completely misunderstood my point

  • @fredu89 do you mean praying at the mosque?

please interpret what you mean to me.

  • @fredu89 continuous worship is better than sometihng you only do once or twice, what I meant is that I know that it is hard to start to pray 5 times a day. Some converts burden themselves alot in the beginning and then they stop practising completely. What I mean is that its better that they implement the salah step by step instead of doing 5 times a week and then stopping completely. If you can do 5 times aday straight from the start then do it, but if you "cant" then atleast pray a few.

  • @fredu89 Thank you my brother.

    I didn't misunderstand your point.

I have been Muslim from the begning of my life, so I may not understant your problems very well.

May Allah bless and protect you.

  • @fredu89 Humdulillah, this is what a learned brother said to me (someone already born into Islam but also recently reverting to the Deen from living a life in Jahiliyah/Agnosticism.

One step at a time, until you are comfortable with the actions - "Islam is not a religion of Compulsion" - Allah SWT

  • e@fredu89 djazahka Allah. i read tthe comment about the brother Ibrahim and i agree about what he says. prayer is a pillar of Islam. no discussion about that. But I appreciate your efforts. what i advice the converts is to try their best to fear Allah and Allah considers and will not ask them to do more than their capacity. they have to stick to the dua and ask Allah to help them in their practice of Islam

  • @abu2ibraheem U must have wrong bro Abdullahi. Remember the Acrabi man who became a muslim who said that he cant pray five times a day. The prophet salalahu aleihi wasalam let him pray some of them until the Acrabi man well understood the meaning of salah. He later prayed five times a day as other muslims. So bro Fredu89 jazakallahu kheyr. Wabillahi towfiq.

  • Mashallah bro, you're right. I've been trying to get back to Islam, but I wasn't performing salat and this deviated me off the right path. 5 prayers I would say are most important, even if you don't know what your saying at first.

  • Assalam Alaykum

Voisko joku suomalaine muslimi kertoo millo on rukousajat? Ku ei oo oikee moskeijoita täs lähellä :d

  • 3. I agree totally with what you say about Christians,Muslims and Jews being of the book, and ALL 3 believing in 1 GOD,and under GODS law we should ALL be at peace, and looking out for each other, unfortunately the ways of man,are NOT the ways of GOD,and man always wants to outdo his fellow man. LOVE IS THE ANSWER! If we truly love GOD we will love our fellow man regardless of his colour, gender or creed!

    PEACE!

  • 2.You may ask "How was JESUS GODS son" simple. Mary had NO sexual relationship with man,but she conceived miraculously, the only way this could have been possible was by GODS doing,so if Mary was HIS mother,GOD who created HIM, was HIS FATHER..SIMPLE! HE was the ONLY human being to have GODS DNA,that's why JESUS said "I and my FATHER are ONE",meaning of the SAME DNA. JESUS NEVER said we should worship HIM,but WORSHIP GOD,and accept that HE is the SON OF GOD,and not just an ordinary man or prophet

  • @fredu89 I am so Proud of you, brother! May Allah bless you and keep us all on the right path.

  • dont care about what that guy im one of ur fans :)

go fredu masha allah and god bless u

  • sallam aleykum my brota in Islam..jizakumu'allah khayra!! u talked abyt every Important points specaily de salat part....keep it up..n ur Quran will get better keep practicing, keep reading n dont let ppl let u down...subahana'allah nobody is perfect but if u doing it 4 de sake of allah swt..he will help u thoughtout diz....Allahu Akbar n wish u de best brota in Islam...sallam aleykum....

  • Brother, It seems you know about God

I want you to answer me the following.

    where is God?

    Why are we created?

    What is your hope?

  • JazakAllah khayr..!

  • "Spend less time arabising/arabifying (yeah, hilarious) yourself."

Coming from some Scandinavian douche wearing rags and speaking in fake accent.

  • @CorneliusFractogram I dont understand the point of the "fake accent" this is the accent that I speak

  • @CorneliusFractogram fake accent? lol. what are u talking about? hes got the same accent when he speak english like most of the ppl in finland. No, he speaks better english than most ppl from finland. btw, Finland isnt conciderd a part of scandinavia...

  • You seem like a very decent guy.I enjoyed watching this.I honestly don't know that much abut the Muslim faith.I am Christian. I believe God is one,not three in one.I can not find the word trinity or triune God any where in the bible.Hmm,It wasn't Muslims who demanded Jesus be murdered 2,000 years ago.I was not brought up with any religion but I always knew there was a creator.I have one question>Why do Muslims hate Christians so much?

  • @USAdude30 Hi, It was nice to see your comment, if Muslims hate Christians then its due to their own ignorance of the teachings of our religion, Islam does not teach hatred towards Christianity, the Christians and Jews are considered "Ahl Kitab" which translates to People of the Book in Islam

  • @fredu89 Thank you for clarifying this for me.I'm a bit perplexed as I see Muslims screaming and angry so much on TV killing other people who did nothing to them to the best of my knowlage. That's on one hand.On the other hand I was in a hotel in Thailand that was about 95% Arab Muslims "I'm white like you"They were all kind to me.I wanted to talk with them but no English and I don't speak Arabic.I can not believe all 1.5 billion Muslims are evil hearted.I don't believe that at all.

  • @USAdude30 I am glad to see there are smart people can distinguish the directed propaganda from the reality. Muslims don't hate anyone regardless his/her belief “There is no compulsion in religion” (QURAN: 2:256) -

“And say: The truth is from your Lord, then whoever wills, let him believe, and whoever wills, let him disbelieve” (QURAN: 18:29) I am glad you had direct experience with Muslims and saw how kind they are. May God bless you.

  • @fredu89 There is LOTS in the koran encouraging murder of s ALL unbelievers.. Do you want me to quoute the surah? I`ll do it. 9:30: The Jews call 'Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the Truth!. 66:9: O Prophet! Strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them.

  • @USAdude30

Islam does not promote hate or compulsion on any group or religion.

    Allah SWT says inthe Quran:

    Say, "O disbelievers

I do not worship what you worship

Nor are you worshippers of what I worship

Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.

Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship

For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."

    Al-Quran, Chapter 109

  • @USAdude30 Hey Muslims dont hate christians :) infact at the time of our Prophet (May Allah send peace on him) it was infact the christian king who gave refuge to the new muslim converts in his home land...his name in our books is NAJASHI King of Ethiopia. Anyhow,Christians and Muslims and Jews are all "people of the book".Believing in one God,not associating partners with Him,believe in books(Bible included) Prophets(Jesus) will earn Godz forgiveness :)

  • 1.@Snsensibility Why will JESUS earn GODS forgiveness? for what exactly? You are blaspheming by making such a statement! JESUS never said we should worship him,he said we should worship the father..GOD, but unless we ACCEPT HIM,we cannot have a relationship with GOD! GOD sent prophets to the people, time and again they didn't listen,so he sent HIS SON JESUS whom the ancient scripts(old testament)talked of, JESUS was the sacrifice to the world for forgiveness of our sins, that's why we HONOUR HIM!

  • @USAdude30 I dont know where you got this idea "muslims hate christians." No we dont, just because you are creations of God, we have to love them. and if you have questions about Bible and trinity, research about it. dont just wait.. here is a site >> 911bible. com

  • @USAdude30 "And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah (Jews, Christians etc.), lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them about what they used to do." (6:108)

  • @USAdude30 people tend to not like those who hurt/kill them.

  • @USAdude30 people tend to not like those who hurt/kill them, as is usually the case. I am a muslim but I personally do not hate Christians at all, I happen to like them ^^ please try not to judge an entire religion based on a few individuals who claim to follow it. Islam is a religion of peace, true muslims "hate" no one. it is wrong.

  • @pixergirl Christians feel it's Islam killing Christians not the other way around and most Christians want to live in peace with Muslims myself included but we see what is being done to others from Muslims to non-Muslims through out the world. We both can't be right so I don't know what to think.I love God,I am a peace loving guy and no man is going to tell me my own heart before God.I am going to stand alone, same as everyone on my day of judgment.I want to be a good man in God's eyes.

  • Ma Sha ALLAH,

  • May Allah reward you for ur efforts and guide us all to the right path> AMEEN.

  • I appreciate u trying to help your fellow muslim brother's & sisters. but the best thing is to get advice from a scholar & to use our own intellect

I say this because Now if someone follows a madhan that tells them women pray diff then men, then a scholar comes a long and shows you in sahih-bukhari it says Men and women pray the same. That is what the Prophet SAW said. you will not believe them because U have decided to stick to one Madhab no matter what. This is dangerous.

  • this is the advice that any good scholar would give to muslims new or old. DIff madhab have diff opinions but it doens't mean that it is always correct. Try ur best to find the most authentic proof & go with it. Allah knows what is our hearts. He promised us that if we do something without knowing he will give us One reward for it. And if we do somethng with proper intension & knowledge then Allah will give us Double the reward.

  • As-salamu alaykum.

Brother, I just wanted to comment on one thing u said, about choosing a madhab and sticking with it. because u said a lot of times we will go to diffrent sheikhs untill we find one that will agree with ur own desires. I understand what u are saying.

However the 4 imaams from the 4 schools that u mentioned themselves said...If u find a hadith that is contradicting to what I am saying BUT IT IS authentic, then throw away what I said, and go with the Authentic thing

  • Alhamdullilah thank you brother for the advise. I am a born Muslim and yet I find the video very enlightening. A suggestion- what about advise to reverts on how to deal with their family who oppose to them reverting

  • nice vid

  • Welcome brother.

    Mashallah.

  • mashAllah brother, welcome to Islam

All praises to Allah for guiding you to islam.

    May Allah reward you.

  • {إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ} [الحجرات: 13]

  • Allah says in Qur'an (Please bear in mind, this is the message Allah is giving to the muslim women) "And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things).." That's what I was trying to divert your attention to. Women and men are not supposed to look at each other, more so if they find the other attractive. The verse states it clearly, There is no need for me to say anything else. I won't be replying- As there is nothing left to say. WassalaamAlaykum sis.

  • fine whtever ... its not like your listening to me anyway.

  • Excellent video, may Allah swt reward you brothers for your efforts.

  • Machaallah, i see light on your face brother!

  • mashAllah

  • these are really good advices! thanks! i'll try my best to follow them! (even though I am not a new convert)

  • Assalam-o-Alykum

Hope you are happy and in peace. Now a days I am graduate student in uk. Hope to have friendly relations :)

  • WOW! Now how the 'hell' do you top this? Mashallah!

Our best teachers are our new Muslim converts.

  • @NasserJvd - you can say that again, my nigga. You would hardly believe all the crap you get from so many of these sanctimonious, condescending jackasses. Its all in the process of detecting the cultural bullshit and fending it off the best you can from polluting Islam. Too many fascists will of course try to abuse any religon though. This brother is great; very finely tuned shit-detector- ;;)

  • mashallah brother ! may alllah swt reward u in the here after and grante u jannah.

  • May allah bless you and keep your faith strong brother.

  • i can see noor in your face

  • very very good video

  • 1st time to see ur lessons but i'm really grateful .. barak Allah fik.

  • Mashallah keep it up :D

  • ma sha allah

    jazak allah khairan

لا الله الا الله والحمد لله

ما شاء الله لا قوة الا بالله

    الحمد لله على نعمة الاسلام

  • Jazaka llahu kheira, May all bless you and increase your knowledge and iman. keep up the good work.

  • Mashallah .......

    Impressive Bro

    Keep it up.

  • Mansha allah, smart and good advise. jeezraka allah khayr

  • MashAllah

  • MashaAllah, TabarakAllah brother. May Allah perserve you. (Ameen)

  • - go through your life education, work it's islam to make your life better and make it a weekly routine or monthly to learn about islam don't make it affect your life. or make it affect your life for the better

  • i love your video eventhough i was born muslim, but i think that the advises u gave in that video will help all muslims, i strongly agree with your points especially how culture is sometimes mixed with islam that happens a lot and thats why most of the time we see the media stick a bad thing muslims do to ISLAM so that point needs to be understood by muslims and non-muslims barak allah feek and inshalla we'll see more videos from u soon

  • -being a muslim don't mean you're an arab most muslims around the world don't speak arabic

    - I've never seen sheikh ahmed didat debating when he was young so he must have learned alot to debate

    - don't avoid the internet cuz I got more faith from the internet , from "brother Fady" but it's your mind which directs you through the internet

  • You sound a reasonable and smart guy. It's too bad there are so many lunatics and fanatics among muslims, they are ruining it for all of us. Maybe some day muslims will stop making warlike village idiots their religious leaders and start laughing at them.

  • Great Video masha'Allah. That is the difference between a convert and someone who was born a Muslim (not all of them of course). I wish I can move from inheriting the religion to converting to it, really convert....Welcome Home :)

  • It is better manners to emulate the Prophet SAW by using Arabic to make du'a or intentions, but not obligatory to do so.

When the message was sent down, it was sent first to an Arabic-speaking community. A faulty assumption, however, is that most Muslims cannot read it. It's a slow process learning the language, but it is possible and there's tafsir classes out there for those who are willing, for a reason.

  • The message was delivered in Arabic to an Arab community to make it easy for them to understand. Allah SWT "speaks," or rather knows, all languages.

19:97 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention.

  • MashaAllah, great links!!!

  • GO FADY, GO FADY!

  • good advice not only to new converts, good for long time convert and also to who born already in islam.. thanks

  • The best advice you can give any new Muslim is to wake up and leave Islam.

  • Good job brother. Thanks for this. I wish I had been given this advice when I converted, as well.

  • aragingstorm

Your thinking reflects the ignorance and lack of sound judgment typical of believers especially Muslims. We all seek happiness in life and atheists find theirs in being clear-headed; there is a great feeling of joy, strength, achievement and pride in being able to think rationally and deal with life head-on rather than hallucinating like you do, and besides even if I were to pick a religion I wouldn't pick Islam for sure.

  • On a similar note, I saw this story in the bbc. Just look at her, how is she supposed to eat or wash or do anything?

news bbc co uk /1/hi/world/africa/8296495 DOT stm

I know, the law in Tanzania is not so prisoner friendly, but I do think most criminals get away with it in places like that due to corruption and inadequate policing resources.

Just shows the depravity of the human condition when a truely just system of law is not in place, like the shariah.

  • Excellent advice. These ten points are good for all Muslims, old and new. JazakAllah.

  • Mashallah when I see new converts like you I just envy you because you guys have accepted Islam way latter and with great dificulty yet you guys are way better than us in your deeds from us who are born Muslims ... May Allah bless you and because of goodness in you he forgive us too.... Ameen

  • mubark the islam

when i see people like u (not arab and muslim when thy born i mean like me)committed with islam like pray or any thing els i feel sad becoz as muslim live in islamic country so many people here just want 2 live ur life as Foreign have evry thing and can do anything any time and forget how islam is magnificent

  • allha akaber

  • This guy is swedish speaking and doesnt try to sound arab, I actually speak with my normal accent in this video.

  • If that's the case, then everything I said is irrelevant. I apologize.

  • Wow. A hater who is man enough to apologise! Good on you!

  • Or maybe I'm not a hater, but a person with opinions who changes some of them and stays with some of them, depends on the evidence either way. But thanks for the compliment, I guess.

  • salaam great video, it sounds like your talking to me loll, i think i saw you at Abrar house in north london one time

  • @pillgrimz that is possible :P

  • groidslayer, I am not muslim so you are ignorant

  • Jazak allah khayran brother Fady!

Bouwadi3 ma bedo la arabi wa la ighri9i

Kol elli baddo enno yechtem el islam wa al rasoul

Hada namoudhaj al 3onsori, houa 7olmo enno kol el mouslimine youbado men Al ard

Sorry Fady, if you want the translation, i can communicate it to you

    Salam

  • shou t3rf 3ni wa shou bedi? ma 7kiat m3k, 2selni ouwel 7bibi

  • Sorry i didn't express well my self.. i was talking to you about Groidslayer

    Maa Salama

  • You are sick

  • bouwadi3, you called my Muslim brother sick?

And you have the audacity to try to debate with me under a respectful mask in the comment sections of one of my former videos?

    Pfft

  • izzatiizzattiizzati, I was replying to GroidSlayer, but this is the second time you have insulted me before you understood what I was saying. I will forgive you my sister because I was once like you, filled with anger untill I found the truth, I pray you will too. But please next time be sure before you comment on what I am saying...By the way this GroidSlayer's comment was so bad your muslim brother took it away, go and ask him and ask him about my behavior

  • by the way, in our culture "Pfft" usually means to spit. I hope that you do not mean this, if you do, may Allah give you mercy

  • Nice.

You dare use Allah's name in this argument while you practise shirk by associating partners in worshipping God.

And you even lied about the Qur'an having no concept of "oneness" - what crappy lies you pulled.

Don't call me sister. The sincere Muslims are my real brothers and sisters.

  • izzatiizzatiizzati, again you are not listening. I will say it again: the WORD

"to7eed" is not in the quran, the concept is. Go and read the prior comments. As far as "shirk" you do not know my faith. As far as using the name of Allah, there is only one and we used it for 600 years before Mohammed. As far as "sister" you are humanity. Drop your anger and look closer, again I will forgive you

  • how is it you are quick to insult and call me a lyer but you are so slow to understand what I am saying and what I have said...go ask the author of this video about my comments...go look back into my comments before, they are all saved and I can give them back to you, but if you insult only you will lose goodness

  • Listen to Freddy! He gave me my Ijaza!!!

  • Mashallah brother you have my support

  • Why do you wear the kufia? Arab does not mean muslim

  • huh .. is that mater what he wear or dont wear??? just listen what he says and dont look what he wear ok ... Allah swt bless all those people who helps other people for Islam ... those who tells and explains what Islam Real Is ... may Allah swt reword them with jannat and inshaAllah all those people and this young person will be paradise people, That is what we want ,God be satisfied with us as slave,Obey Him and deserve the jannat again!

  • Listen EnGeluSSe, when you convert to Islam it does not make you an Arab. The Arabs were around longer than Islam and will be around after Islam is gone from this earth insha'allah. We are living in the jahaliah now. Allah will not reward lies...Allah needs no slaves He desires a relationship with His children as children

  • Huh ;) thnx a lot,if u think that I'll start arguing with you, sorry I'll disapoint you but I'm not gonna do that for some reason!

And by the way - I'm not a convert ;) so take care n thnx for replaying on my comment ;) huh "glup muabet" ;) may God show you the right path I hope so..

  • who wants to argue, there is no argument, Islam is not the path of Allah there is so much proof ...tfhem 3lai? yarait

  • hamound I wear it because it has become a symbol for muslim men, thats why. i dont try to be arab, didnt you listen to what I said in the video?

  • This kufia is an Arab symbol, not muslim

  • okay, well have it your way then, in that case im just imitaging arabs, and so are alot of muslim men around the world.

I use it cause it has BECOME a muslim symbole for men, the sisters are recognized for the hijab and muslims men for the kufi. thats just how it works here, it might have nothing to do with the religion but it has become a symbole, can you understand that?

  • Sir, I have read the quran in Arabic, which I understand, and read tfseer, from original sources...I don't think you know what you are getting into. I think that you have proven that you are willing to wear, act and now believe in something you do not truly understand...I hope you find the truth

  • Jews wear a kofiyya thing too, no?, for your information it is very biblical, infact I know of ultra-orthodox jews who consider it an act of worship just as muslims do.

And why don't you try explain to him and the rest of us what he's getting himself into, and save him from the devil?

    tefham 3alayyyyyy......

  • grekode, Jews do wear something like a kufia but only during worship (unless living in an Arab country such as Yemen...) If you want an explanation of what he is getting into I will be happy to give it, if you will listen...becuase I nor yourself have no power to save, only Allahyour first premis is off. so..ou iza badak t7ki bil3rbi...bifham, mtl ma badak

  • Most Jewish men wear yalmulkes, not kufis. There's a difference in size and shape and very distinctive. Orthodox or Ultra-Orthodox Jewish men can also typically be identified by their peyls...

  • @bouwadi3 It is from the Sunnah that you cover your head.

  • @StickingToHaqq

A kufia is Arab, not muslim...I hope you understand the difference

  • @bouwadi3 Yes. I understand that. And it is still Sunnah to cover your head.

  • @StickingToHaqq good you understand. Not all Arabs are Muslims so it should be clear he is a Muslim and not confuse people. This is what is causing prejudice against all Arabs

  • @bouwadi3 Not a just arab symbol... also malays in Malaysia.... as a imam in masjid.... try to came to Mal
