  • Any chance you could send me the chords? Everything I've found online so far is wrong. Thanks in advance!

  • Great chord formations, but slide into your chords for a fluid sound...Again...Great job!!

  • Nice effort!

  • Great job! Lots of talent! I have been playing guitar a while, and I learned by watching your video. You Rock! Cheers!

  • Not bad, but work on your timing...

  • Good job keep it up!

  • Did anyone say timing was off in any other post? Doh

  • good job , the timing will come as you plsy more, dont get into the bad habit of not using your pinky finger it will impare you later on if you dont fix it early on......nice guitar keep up the good work

  • Not bad. As others have said, do work on the timing some. No worries, though, as that tripped me up in my first year of playing guitar.

That being said, just work on that one issue, and you'll be on your way.

Also, much respect on the choice of song! You don't see too many folks playing this one.

  • As a drummer, I was in pain with the timing but you have some good talent for the amount of time you've played. Keep thinking 1& 2& 3& 4&. You'll get it soon. Great job on the leads though.

  • Glavin..dude your doin' great. Don't let they're bullshit get in your head.Just try working on the counting, you have to count, kay? I've been playin' guitar and drums for 25 yrs and there have been times when my guitar has been this close to goin' out the f'n window.for real.I'd get so frustrated and pissed off.Try to remember this, "theory becomes pratice, practice becomes perfect". hard work, discipine and dedication. and... you obviously have it allready.xlnt work.\m/-feverdog.

  • Hang in there kid! I atarted playing at 14 (nearly 30 years ago) and remember having the same phrasing/timing issues you have there. Just keep practicing, and work on your scale exercises with a metronome. Scales & Modes! Scales & Modes! Don't scoff at the boring and hard stuff, nothing worth doing is easy. Keep practicing and eventually it'll come as easy as breathing.

  • Enjoyed this video! 3/4 of the way through i realized i had a shit eatin' grin on my face the whole time. Great to see a young grasshopper practicing guitar to some good 'ol kick ass rock 'n' roll. Damn that song was the shit and still is!

  • always Practice with a metronome

Pretty good though just need to work on Rythme for sure

  • Your transitions are are off tempo

  • awesome, hope to meet you someday.. tell addy and lenny hey.i haven't got to meet the new chick yet. greg

  • never, ever stop playing what u love...these "downer" people are worthless. u love that guitar and she'll love you back.

    peace bro

  • Er, I meant Glavan!

  • Love this song.

Shame on the pea-brained peeps who've nothing better to do than bash and trash the honest efforts of others. To bearing44 and fabitodd: "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt." (Whoops--too late, mates!)

You go, Gavin! Props to ya, babe.

  • Hey Glavan, keep working at it and don't let the bearing44's of the world bother you. The better you get the more these losers will try to piss on you... sad but true. I have met Donnie Iris and I know he would agree. Keep on rockin'!

  • Donnie Iris lives through yet another generation... amazing.

  • A tool who knows how to tune a guitar.

  • how bout you stop talking? kay thanks.

  • @bearing44 fuck you

  • i think you did a great job at this song

  • Try D F C G for intro then C G D for verse then D Aminor C for Bridge, All Barre Chords. I also have a Telecaster. Cool Guitar

  • If you had the timing on your last one with the chords of this one, you'd have a winner. I saw Donnie perform on 3/14. What a show.

  • You have the chords pretty close & a decent sound for this tune but I think you should really listen closely to the feel of the song. Your timing is off pretty well all through. A close listen or two will help you get it together. Just listen, don't play... Note that most of the chord changes are pushes - you're playing it too straight. This is not meant to be nasty, just honest. Good tune to learn on! Pretty good crunch for a tele'. Cheers!

  • hey thanks its cool i appreciate that.I learned that song in 2 days and i wasnt ready for this, ill be psoting a better one soon.thanks man
