Article I ... Congress needs to do its job without waiting for the President to hold their hand on every detail of what they need to do. The House doesn't seem to need any special assistance to do its job.
The Senate needs to allow a vote on the bills rather than holding everything up for the approval of a supper majority.
"Tort Reform" is big government telling courts how to compensate victims after they have decided in the plaintiffs favor.

Well, for the most part, it is where the government passes legislation that creates laws which serve the interest of agencies and companies that lobby with them all the time. And practically gives them a monopoly on your life, which for all we know, you only live once.. in te middle of this vast universe.
