Well, not exactly. The reason that evolution is called both fact and theory is because there's the fact of evolution (which is that we're observing evolution) and there's the theory of evolution (which explains various observations in light of what we know about evolution).
Also, the evidence for evolutionary theory is so solid that one *might as well* call it fact - but of course that technically doesn't make it a fact.

There is one point that you got wrong. I agree with your statement but upon stating that the ice would block out all radiation is incorrect. If ice is formed under extremely high pressure then it becomes crystal clear. However this does cause something really cool to happen. If his ice shield did exist you could disprove it by going outside at night and looking up if you did not see any blue light cones (Cherenkov radiation) caused by neutrinos then the ice shield couldn't be there.

@Krellnus The statement involving pressure was a combination of the two theorys presented in which the ice shield, having been over 10,000km in the 2nd theory (The 2nd theory saying that it wasnt in contact with the atmosphere) and the ice shield having be in contact with the atmosphere (stated in the 1st theory). In Genesis 1:25-27, man is created after all the other animals. In Genesis 2:18-19, man is created before all the other animals. Very simple contradiction, and very obvious. Your thoughts?
Now this next part is my best guess because I do not know for sure how this happened. In Genesis chapter 1 He said He made the animals first, and since this story in chapter 2 is about Adam and Eve, not God's creation, I assume that this in chapter 2 is referring to one small area of the planet. Because Adam can only be in one place at one time, and because God is God, then God could have just remade all the animals in front of Adam to see what he thought about them.

@Krellnus The statement involving pressure was a combination of the two theorys presented in which the ice shield, having been over 10,000km in the 2nd theory (The 2nd theory saying that it wasnt in contact with the atmosphere) and the ice shield having be in contact with the atmosphere (stated in the 1st theory). Basically just mixing both statements together.

Should evidence arise proving that evolution is false I would be devastated, but I would then try to learn the truth of how we came to be. It's just that right now all evidence points towards evolution and the earth being 4.6 billion years old. So that is why I believe it, not because an inaccurate and contradictory bronze age book told me.

In Genesis 1:25-27, man is created after all the other animals. In Genesis 2:18-19, man is created before all the other animals. Very simple contradiction, and very obvious. Your thoughts?

In Genesis 1:25-27 up to verse 31, God is talking about day six of creation. Both animals and man were made on day 6.
Genesis chapter 2 looks at specifically day Six of creation. Both man and animals were made on day six.
Now in what order they were made. In Genesis 2:18 God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."
Then in verse 19 it says, "Now the Lord god had formed...

Now this next part is my best guess because I do not know for sure how this happened. In Genesis chapter 1 He said He made the animals first, and since this story in chapter 2 is about Adam and Eve, not God's creation, I assume that this in chapter 2 is referring to one small area of the planet. Because Adam can only be in one place at one time, and because God is God, then God could have just remade all the animals in front of Adam to see what he thought about them.

@ILoveGodsWord413 In that explanation you make alot of assumptions which there is no real textual evidence for. However, I will go ahead and grant you that that is a possibility assuming Yahweh is omnipotent. Another question, then. This time on god's omnipotence: Throughout the Bible, god is proclaimed to be all powerful (e.g. Genesis 18:14, Mark 10:27). However, there are a few instances (e.g. Judges 1:19, Mark 6:5, Hebrews 6:18) in which god is shown to have
