I can tell nobody here actually practices martial arts if they believe Virtua Fighter 5 is anywhere near realestic. Theres no ground fighting, and none of that kung fu stuff works in the ring, cage, the UFC or especially in the street

VF5 sucks the gameplay is so stiff reminds me of the original VF I'd much prefer DOA over any VFn the only VF5 got going good is the graphics everything esle sucks VF can never be on par with Tekken which is the greatest 3d fighter ever. Unlike VF Tekken offers gameplay that matches its beautiful graphics.

VF is a button masher smart ass that doesn't require any thought what so ever and the ringouts c'mon now this 2007 that shit was good back in 95 and 96 when on ps-one and saturn. I watched a match on here it was Kage vs Akira in the third or second round Kage launched Akira into the air carried him across the screen with jabs to get a ringout, WTF is that really how much bull shit is that. At least in DOA the characters don't feel like they all have weight equivalent to a MAC truck.
