is it true that when you get the v-strap wet or you get snow in it does it lose its grip to the boot because the guy at my local shop said he wouldnt reccomend them for that reason

@nrdRus It's pressure from the strap that holds your boot down, just like all snowboard bindings. You could be underwater and get the same holding power. Doesn't rely on friction. It's a freestyle binding though so if you want massively tight straps, these probably aren't for you.

Yes, this Nitrane Contraband comes with Wedgie (canted) footbeds in 2.5 and 4.0 cants.

Others come with one level of cant.

Are you able to still buy the 4.0 cants or 2.5 cants for the other contraband bindings?.

Yes you can buy seperate Wedgie footbeds and interchange with other Mobility (freestyle bindings) Our ATV bindings have a different chassis and need a different Wedgie, so be sure to tell the dealer what type of binding you have.

I've been rocking the Nitranes's with 4.0 in the front and 2.5 in the back. Helps my knee out.

This past season I bought the first contraband and I was wondering are easy to setup?

they take some time to set up but it isnt too difficult and once they are set up your feet are locked in pretty good
