Is the ruling different in college football? It only looks like he got one foot inbounds on that catch. I'm just asking, I'm from the UK and I only really watch the NFL, and not NCAA football.

Yes, the college rules are different in that respect than in the NFL. In college, only one foot needs to be in play for the catch to be considered a completion. There are a few major differences such as a player being down with one knee regardless of college which is different than the NFL.

Rohan Marley is the name of Bob Marley's son who played for U of Miami just a few years ago. Marley may have still been playing at the time this vid was made. Franklin probably just had a brain fart.  To make it worse, Davey played highschool ball in Miami, and is from the Carribean, similar to Marley!

Yeah, I used to mess up and call Davey "Rohan Marley" sometimes too.

I just looked it up, and Marley played LB for the 'Canes from 93-97. He is common law husband of Lauryn Hill, too.
