  • Can't even do 1 with a 10kg db lol, my core is weak... hate working it.

  • how strong is she? how much does she weigh? and can she bodyslam a man? if yes, until which weight?

  • You have to be born to do that.....!

  • The blugerians love their sex workers

  • bulgarians are good at building strenght and core stability :D

  • I would stalk her.

  • Very impressive, and very attractive athletic lady. KB exercises like these aren't going to build size and muscles, they're going to make you strong as an ape! If you want big muscles, lift weights, if you want to be a better athlete and strong as heck work the KB's.

  • @davidmij Kettlebells are weights. If she did that with dumbbells of the same weight it would be just about the exact same thing.

  • if i saw some chick in my gym like this i prob. would have thought she was crazy

  • I will definitely try this with my dumbells. It's just what I was looking for. Thanks for posting.

  • @mustspeak Note that its easier with dumbells because of how there shaped.

  • where's the kitchen?

  • @xboxrox56 weird huh? it looks like a gym, but it cant be....

  • @xboxrox56 The kitchen is behind the Gym

  • dude in the back doing push ups is touching the ground

  • holy shit thats 32kg?

  • I was just looking at the guy doing pushups

  • did anyone notice the guy doing pushups? EXCACTLY

  • You can be lean and be strong.

  • @iSpeakKonglish right! true strength, not hollywood puffy men

  • die russen^^

  • Very nice. Impressive

  • not gonna lie that is impressive

  • Very nice. Is that Bulgarian I hear?

  • @drforecast Yes, Bulgarian

  • Ok i'm not trying to hate here.

But 32Kg each arm, pretty much working biceps here. Arms don't seem big, How is that working?

  • @KennnedyKenn RELATIVE STRENGTH :-)

  • @KennnedyKenn that is a row so back muscles

  • @KennnedyKenn

that exercise is using the whole upperbody, back, abs, legs to a certain extent...

  • @KennnedyKenn its not a biceps exercise,its a lat and scap retractor exercise,biceps only assist.Because of the instability,its a core exercise mostly.

  • 32KG = 70 LBS

  • it kills my legs when i try this , i dont even feel it in my back

  • Cute girl, and very strong and lean! Let's see more feats of strength and maybe some flexing.

  • do dis wit dumbells bt round db's n balance on em. i do it n it really works ur core wen lifting one side. jus a thought uz cud try =)

  • Hhhmm....real Pudovki...they are 32kg each.

  • @vbodyz :: That's right dude!

  • i feel like a bitch

  • Бреей отдавна не бях виждал българско видео... Доста се изненадах като чух български... :)

  • I just use 30 pound dumb bells sans the weight bench.

  • I'll try these, looks good! :-)

  • Quality muscle = good strenght bodyweight ratio. Girls proves it beautifully!!

  • Shes hot.

  • holy cow!!! awesome!

  • what musclegroup do you train with these?

  • @ikkeennigij121 : mostly the abs, then the obliques; when the weight becomes huge - lats and pectorals; as suporting - quads as part ot the front chain, shoulders, triceps ... whole body ... ;-)

great excercise! i'm using it since 2002

  • @spidercho ok thanks for the explanation

  • @spidercho some this i find the glutes engage as fell to just to stabalise the hips this exercises is awesome to get the heart rate going but 32kgs that crazy

  • Insane, her arms are small, like, they're hardly straining; all core and back, -- Kudos to her. Awesome!

  • Bulgarian Language!

  • The dude in the background is doing really good pushups, not completely perfect but close enough.

  • @Jouwl I thought exactly the same.

  • use dumbells so you don't break your wrist if you fall you dumbell

  • She's cute too. Dang. Thats intense.

  • are you sure these are 32kg, not pounds or anything?

  • @VanQuillio and everybody: THE KETTLEBELLS ON THIS VIDEO ARE 32 KG EACH! THEY ARE MADE LONG BEFORE YOU HEARD ABOUT SUCH EQUIPMENT!

  • you don't have to be huge to be strong , impressive...

  • she is very strong!

  • nice.

  • tight butt

  • yes...........

  • This is intenseeee

  • what language u speaking in the video? serbian?

  • Bulgarian.

  • oh cool im serbian =) the languages are similar though

  • fuck this is really hard to do way to go girl

  • way strong for a skinny girl.

  • Next time I'm dumbell rowing I'll do these. It'll freak out the Bodybuilders in my gym!!!

  • For sure! LOL

  • @allroundpower: Heehee. My own sister does something like this -- though the dumbells aren't as heavy as hers (my sister's only 5 feet tall and 110 pounds). But yeah, all the big guys flexing at the gym stop and gape...in horror, I suppose, at realizing a girl can do what they couldn't. LOL

  • @allroundpower bodybuilders would be going 3-6 times a week and having seperate days for each thing.. normally you wouldnt mix abs/obliques with lats and pecs.. if you wanna show off a bodybuilder go for a run on a treadmill over 12km/h :)

  • She's great!

It's a tough work. Well done. Wish the girl good luck.

  • Now......replace the bench with a swiss ball!!

  • Yep, it will be a killer!

  • Really strong for such a slim girl

  • very nice

  • Excellent! 32Kg!!!!! That is a powerful row even without the held plank position. Wow!

  • You, that click under 5 stars, try to do this drill, and ask some girl to do it! Aha?!

  • Nice. Where does she come from?

  • Bulgaria

  • Very impressive. This is good strength and strength that you dont see on the outside. Great work
