when im on my bike talking on loudspeaker phone i learned to turn the speaker towards my self to stop the wind noise and it works ,hope this helps on your next bike trip .
@vegasable Thanks for the tip, but on the ATC2K the microphone is underneath the lens and difficult to protect from the wind. I removed the rubber microphone cover because it muffled the sound too much! I don't think Oregon Scientific really thought that one through.
Actually it's the microphone on my camera having a hard time with the air rushing past. It really needs one of those fluffy covers they have on outside broadcasts but I haven't worked out how to make one small enough.
