You don't really need a mod to have a similar thing like this,

go to a fort like objective, *on your computer version of fallout* then spawn some brahmin, and spawn some soldiers that will protect you, presumably westside militia. and then spawn some supermutants/ghouls/legions/br­otherhoods/NCR's/Fiends/Etc..

And there, and if they kill the brahmin, YU L00ze.. if you die, YOU L00ze...

I think in the next Fallout they should (and most likely) use the radiant AI they're using in Skyrim. Similar to how the NCR or CL sends assassins after you after you kill them. and I think if CL shows up in the next Fallout (or any organized enemy ) they should have more encampments that randomly spawn (just like Dragons i.e. Skyrim.)

@oreofan12 yeah I found it! sorry to be late but I was travelling because of my holydays. You need to download New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) and load the game by clicking the nvse_loader. If you load the game normally it won't be effective.
